Quiet place but clean. Front desk was friendly. We had a car so we drove around for the most part, they had free on site parking outside and in the garage. I did see bus stops around the area when walking to the bakery.
There is a bakery two minutes away from the hotel which had really nice baked goods. Grocery store near by if you want to buy snacks.
It is an older hotel so the key is an actual key to open the door with a weigh at the end of it. It was good for two nights. There is a one for all soap (shampoo, doll conditioner, body wash). It would be nice if they had different ones with conditioner.
But overall a budget friendly great stay.

Conveniently located to our destination. Rooms are a little dated, but clean and comfortable. The espresso machine is definitely a plus

Shame it’s aging badly.
It’s an interesting hotel. It is most definitely showing it’s age. The bed was ok but was given a single duvet for a king size bed ( superior room ) and the pillow must have been about 10 years . There was a small electric hob hidden in a wardrobe and the actual wardrobe was out in the room hallway.
The bathroom was clean, but like the rest of the hotel, very very dated and the water for the wash basin had to be turned on from a faucet located in the shower.
The staff however were extremely friendly and very helpful and a credit to the hotel, just a shame that the hotel isn’t a credit to them.

Looking up your roomhistory I assume, you had room 201, a room with a kitchenette, therefore called a superior room. And because it is a single room with a large bed, we provide these rooms with one blanket. Just to explain. What we have done, because we take your hint concerning the pillow seriously, exchanged the pillow right away. Sorry for the inconvinience. But it is misterious to us, that the bath of your room 201 has been a not renovated example, cause only 4 rooms of the 100 we have, are not renovated yet. But 201 was done last year. But as a matter of fact, we thank you once again for your comments, cause they help us to steadily improve our service. Best regards, Kirsten Rungenhagen, Hotel manager
The hotel was well out of town and not at all inviting.
I had incorrectly booked one night and paid the price.
Staff were not very friendly, and didn't really assist when we asked where to go for food.
The room was dirty, and the floor had marks all over it.
The front canvas cover to the hotel had not been cleaned in years.It was dirty too.
The breakfast was good and these staff were very helpful and friendly.
On bedlight wasn't working.
Helpful reception. Easy parking and access to auto bank.

The Acora Hotel was spartan but spacious and pleasant. Staff was very friendly. A great option for inexpensive lodging in Dusseldorf if you have a car. Not recommended if you are without a vehicle.

Good hotel in quiet area, large rooms, friendly helpful staff. stayed here for Anuga exhibition in Cologne, bit out of town but great if you want a good nights sleep away from city noises. Got wrong train on first night so had a taxi from dusseldorf (around 23 euro)after that was fine as reception gave us a train timetable and explained trains - 5 mins to dusseldorf and 38 mins to Cologne. didn't find any bars and restaurants close by but hotel said there were some approx 20 mins walk away.

Hotel was booked as this was advertised as being a 15 min drive from the fair. Not the case during rush hour, you need to allow at least 40 mins. The hotel itself was fine for the price, we paid £70.00 per night. It was clean, staff were very helpful. Easy 20 min bus ride to the centre in the evenings or a €35.00 taxi.
just stayed the weekend here and we travelled by public transport and was easy accessable just 3 stops on train from dusseldorf mainline with frequent trains and buses just 400 metres down the road.In a quiet area with local shops and cafes.Rooms really big with good facilities,own bar and breakfast room.Staff were excellent printing us off timetables and maps to get into and out of dusseldorf thoroughly enjoyed our stay
Sub-standard when compared to any US domestic brand such as Marriott or Hilton. For instance mattress are thin and sub standard, internet connectivity slow and sketchy and no A/C, in turn need to leave window open and deal with any outside noice thru the night.
I arrived at the hotel in the evening and was greeted by the most excellent staff there (Anna). She is full of smiles and very helpful and speaks good English. The rest of the staff there also are friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay there again if I am in the region.
They could use a few upgrades, but it was nice enough. Showers only, no tub. No iron or ironing board, small TV, small wifi that you must renew daily. The staff was nice, the food was good and it was convenient to public transit.
The staff at the reception desk were very helpful. We enjoyed our little kitchenette. The grocery stores were close by, there were three. Post office to mail post cards and stuff was also near.

We had a very nice stay. The hotel was a bit outside town center, but both the bus and train connections were excellent. Room was bigger than expected, clean with good kitchenette, friendly staff and overall higly recommendable. Would definately stay again if I'm going to Düsseldorf area
A good value for money - all I could say. The hotel itself is rather basic. I could not emphasize any specially good or bad thing except that the surrounding is nice and green, and after dawn you can see rabbits and hedgehogs on the lawn. No bikes, no tin-pan music. Yet the district itself looks like the last Germans will soon surrender it to the immigrants.
Yeri güzel. Odalar temiz ve yeterli. En iyi taraflarından biri ücretsiz ve rahat bir otoparkı var. Daha önce aynı bölgede otoparkı olan bir otelde kalıp otoparkı kullanamadığım için ceza ödemek zorunda kalmıştım.
Özet: Çok memnun kaldım.
