Great surprise. South of downtown beaches but better beach. Can beach walk for miles. Vila Verde had popular and good restaurant. Rooms are all sea view. Very good.

Hotellet hade drabbats av jordskalvet som var i Durrës för ca fjorton dagar sedan, innan vi kom, så lite sprickor i väggar och dylikt. Vi hade beställt rum med havsutsikt och fick ett med en liten glimt av havet, men när vi klagade så rättade dom till det så vi fick ett med mer havsutsikt. Dom har förmodligen ändrat dubbelrummen till trebäddsrum och då satt in en säng till och fått ändra på skåp och annat, vilket gör att det blir felhängda dörrar och väldigt trångt att vistas två personer i samma rum. Men mycket vänlig och serviceminded personal överallt. Lite dåligt med restauranger runt omkring, mest barer och caféer. Speciellt nu på lågsäsongen, kanske. Det står att det ligger 0,2 km från centrum, men det stämmer inte.

Schönes Hotel mit sehr zu vorkommenden Personal und hoher Sauberkeit. Nur unser Bad war etwas "alt". Genialer Ausblick auf die Adria, ausreichendes Frühstück. Toll. Etwas ab vom Zentrum, aber auch das war nicht weiter schlimm.

Great location on beach and near shops and other cafes and bars. The staff were excellent esp the waitor and the girls on reception. It is great when the staff want to talk to you and help you have a better trip. Ergys, one of the waitors, had excellent English and helped me a lot.

Hotellet i sig var jättebra, men Durres som ort var ingen höjdare. Reste genom Kroatien, Montenegro och Albanien och Durres var sämsta platsen.
