Welcome to your ultimate beach getaway in Durrës! Located just 20 meters from the sea on the vibrant Rruga Teuta, this spacious 3rd-floor apartment is the perfect home base for families, groups of friends, or couples looking to enjoy sun, sand, and coastal breezes.
Step out of the building, take a few strides, and your feet are in the sand. Whether you are here to swim, enjoy the local seaside cafes, or watch the sunset over the Adriatic, you couldn`t ask for a better location.

We want you to feel completely at home! To help us keep the apartment clean, safe, and comfortable for everyone, we kindly ask you to follow these simple guidelines:
🔑 Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in: After 3:00 PM (Self check-in details will be sent prior to arrival).
Check-out: By 11:00 AM.
If you need early check-in or late check-out, please ask in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate you!
🏖️ Beach & Sand (Crucial for a 20m Walk!)
Shake off the sand: Please rinse off sand at the beach showers or use the outdoor tap before entering the building and apartment.
Wet swimwear: Please avoid sitting on the indoor furniture or beds with wet swimsuits. We have drying racks available on the balcony for your gear.
🤫 Quiet Hours & Neighbors
Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM.
This is a residential building with lovely local neighbors. Please keep noise to a respectful level, especially when coming up or down the stairs to the third floor.
🚭 Smoking & Safety
No smoking inside: Smoking of any kind (including e-cigarettes and vapes) is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. You are welcome to smoke outside on the balcony, but please use an ashtray and keep the balcony doors closed.
Energy saving: Please turn off the air conditioning and lights when you leave the apartment to explore.
🚫 Parties & Extra Guests
No parties or events: Large gatherings, loud music, and parties are strictly prohibited.
Registered guests only: Only the guests included in the booking reservation are allowed to stay overnight.
