Perched on the heights of Durbuy, "the smallest town in the world", Le Loft is a large cottage with character designed for large groups, families and tribes of friends. Housed in an old stone farmhouse that has been beautifully renovated — exposed beams, stone walls, brick columns and an elegant spiral staircase — it spreads out 400 m² on three levels, 300 m from the forest and only 2 km from the centre of Durbuy. Private entrance and large enclosed garden guarantee calm and privacy.

With 8 bedrooms, 8 private bathrooms and generous common areas, Le Loft can accommodate 16 to 25 people: the ideal address for a family celebration, a weekend with friends, a seminar or a large meeting.

LIVING SPACES
Two convivial living rooms are extended by a large dining room bathed in light, with its long table d'hôtes and its view of the countryside. The fireplace dressed in blue stone, the rattan armchairs and the touches of red create a warm atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchen (6-burner hob, oven, microwave, hood, two dishwashers, percolator, blender) allows you to cook without constraint, even with 25 guests. Practical: laundry room with washing machine, dryer and freezer, table football and TV/Hi-Fi area for relaxation.

In a quiet area, in a small village surrounded by nature, 300 m from the forest and a bus stop. Durbuy, its river, restaurants and tourist office are 2 km away. Barvaux (shops, Bancontact, Wednesday market) and Bomal (the "little Bate" on Sunday mornings) are 4 km away.

The region has something for everyone: kayaking on the Ourthe, hiking and mountain biking, golf, climbing, wellness, not to mention the Château de Durbuy, the topiary park and the many gourmet restaurants in the area.
