Perfect to bring together family and friends for a get-together, this is a 6-bedroom holiday home in Durbuy. It comes with a lovely furnished garden where you can enjoy barbecued meals in the evenings. A total of 14 persons can stay here.

Located on the banks of the Ourthe, this place is perfect for food lovers. You can also enjoy walking, mountain biking, or exploring the forest on horseback. The dolmen and menhir of Wéris and the Caves of Hotton are nearby to visit.

We really enjoyed our time here, The house is well-equipped and nicely decorated, It was a bit chilly, but the central heating kept us cozy, Plus, the kids loved playing in the garden!

Maison très agréable et très bien équipée en vaisselle. Litterie bonne et extérieurs très apprécié avec un beau terrain et suffisamment de chaises. Tables de jardin un peu vétustes. Un peu de papier toilette serait apprécié le temps daller faire les course (au moins 1 rouleau) Attention toilette des chambres mitoyennes inutilisable et canalisation à déboucher. Accessibilité à Durbuy à 35 mn et boulangerie boucherie à 900m Parfait !

Notre séjour dans cette location temporaire a été globalement décevant, malgré quelques aspects positifs. La maison était propre à notre arrivée, la cuisine bien équipée, et les photos de l’annonce reflétaient la réalité.Cependant, plusieurs manques ont terni l'expérience : absence d’essuie-pieds (à l'entrée de la maison et à la sortie de la bain), de serpillière, de gel/torchons pour mains/vaisselle, etc. Nous avons dû acheter ces articles. La baignoire, sans rideau, a causé des éclaboussures sans serpillière pour nettoyer. Une chambre manquait d'espace de rangement, ce qui est inconfortable.Le service client s'est montré peu coopératif, nous conseillant d'acheter nous-mêmes ce qui manquait.Concernant les frais, ceux de nettoyage étaient annoncés à 125 , mais nous avons été facturés 213 sans explication. De plus, nous devions vider les poubelles à 10 minutes du logement. Les frais de literie étaient de 12 par personne, mais facturés 12,50 ; la différence a été remboursée après réclamation. c'est à nous d'aller récupérer la literie, faire et defaire les lits et à la ramener à 10 min de làEnfin, 70 ont été retenus de la caution sans facture ni explication (recu après réclamation). Nous avons contesté ces frais : 40 liés aux poubelles, alors que nous les avons vidées à quelques exception près. 30 ont été remboursés après réclamation.Malgré les atouts de la maison, ces désagréments ont gâché notre expérience. En l’état, nous ne recommandons pas ce logement

Maison spacieuse et très bien située par rapport à Durbuy. Points forts: les pièces sont propres, vaisselle et casserolles en suffisance pour 14 personnes, parking facile, grandes chambres. Points moyens: il faut aller prendre et ramener les clés à 10 minutes de voiture de là, la taille du barbecue convient mieux pour 4 personnes que pour 14, compliqué d’installer 14 personnes à la table de la cuisine.

Ruim huis met fijne ruime tuin en voldoende eigen parkeerplaatsen. Huis is sober ingericht en enigszins gedateerd. Keukenfaciliteiten aanwezig maar rommelig en gedeeltelijk gebrekkig.

Vi havde en fantastisk tid i ferieboligen i Petithan! Haven var et perfekt sted til vores aftenbarbecues, og pladsen var ideel til vores vennegruppe, Alle havde nok plads til at slappe af, og vi nød hyggelige film aftener i stuen, Beliggenheden langs bredden af Ourthe er smuk, og vi elskede at udforske de nærliggende stier på vores cykler, Bare en heads up, det er et fredeligt område, så sørg for at holde støjniveauet nede i løbet af dagen, Alt i alt et vidunderligt tilflugtssted!

Pluspunten: mooi huisje, veel ruimte en licht, gelegen dicht bij het bos en vlak bij Durbuy adventure valley, grote tuin, proper en in orde. Er wordt gerecycleerd (dat doet mijn eco-hartje deugd). (Kleine) minpuntjes: Te weinig kommetjes voor 13 personen, geen beddengoed aanwezig, de bedden in de slaapkamer voor 6 personen (kinderkamer) waren niet erg comfortabel. Wij hebben er in elk geval een heel leuk verblijf gehad!

Zeer ruime woning, ruime kamers van alles voorzien. Ruime tuin, voldoende tuinmeubilair en 2 barbecues. Handig!!! Ingerichte keuken, veel servies aanwezig, ruime eetruimte. Rustig gelegen en dichtbij Durbuy en Barvaux. Goed met de fiets te doen. Kanttekening, geen Wi-Fi aanwezig.

Nicely renovated and spacious house in a quite neighborhood of Petite-Han (Durbuy) the house was clean and receives a lot of light. The garden is simple, but also spacious to let the (grand)children play it is a good place to make excursions to (child friendly) attractions in a radius of less than 50 km.

Keuken is te klein en verouderd. Afwasmachine deed het niet goed. Er waren veel te veel kookpannen en geen schalen voor oven en magnetron. Verschillende gordijnen waren gescheurd en ook de muren mogen wel een likje verf hebben. Omgeving is fantastisch en ontvangst was ook goed.

Mooi en net huis met een zeer slechte akoestiek. De vide is mooi maar zorgt ervoor dat het hele huis galmt en erg gehorig is. Alles is schoon en modern. Ook de keuken is prima maar wat klein voor 14 personen. Wij hebben het drinken buiten neergezet, koelkast zat overvol. Let op, de indeling qua bedden zoals vermeld op de site klopt niet. Er zijn 5 slaapkamers, 3 met een 2-persoonsbed, 1 met twee losse eenpersoonsbedden en een met 2 stapelbedden. Op de hal boven staat nog een bedbank, maar dan lig je echt op de hal.

Heel schoon huisje en mooi ingericht. Alle comfort aanwezig. Wifi is niet nodig daar de kinderen al genoeg op internet zitten. Verbruik heel zuinig. Enkel jammer dat er geen extra frigo is. Voor 14 personen is dit een beetje weinig. De gordijnenophangingen en luiken zijn eens te repareren. We zaten met een bijennest maar dit is onmiddellijk opgelost. Het huisje was netjes als we toekwamen maar 175 euro verplichte kuiskosten is wat hoog.
