Tastefully designed and recently refurb 2 bedrooms apartment on the South Coast conveniently located 8 minutes from the airport and 4 minutes from Miami beach by car.
Top floor apartment in a 4 apartments building with shared recreational access to 5m/15ft pool and outdoor dining area and lounge chairs nestled amongst greenery.
New ACs installed in each room in February 2022, high speed fibre internet, 42 inch tv, family size washing machine, microwave, fridge, patio for sunset drinks.
No Parties or large gatherings allowed.
Noise levels should be kept to a minimum no loud music after 9pm.
Strictly no smoking is allowed inside the apartment.
