Nice home. Very close to casino. This is the 2nd time we’ve stayed here to attend a concert at Choctaw. Will definitely stay again.

House was big and plenty of room for our party of 6. We only stayed one night and the train woke us up about 3 times, that was my only complaint, other than that the host was attentive and responsive.

Great location near the casino and a good property for a decent sized group. Really no complaints. We utilized the front/back yard space and the games that were provided. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking. Train tracks are close but it really isn’t that bad.

Railhead ranch

A train passes by just about every hour, the internet never worked and when I would text about it they would not respond in a timely manner. And a squirrel was on the roof and kept us up. Between the train and the squirrel you got little sleep.

what we were looking for in a room/house for a night

Close to the Casino, easy to find, easy to get into had coffee available the next morning. I will keep this property in mind for the next trip to Durant, Ok

Excellent location check in was very easy, property was well kept and had everything needed for us to enjoy our stay, Property Management was accessible, helpful and very pleasant to communicate with, my only problem was not being able to stay longer, Thank you for a enjoyable weekend

Railhouse Great Value and Convenience

We stayed her for one night as we were in town for a concert at Choctaw on New Year's Eve. The room prices at Choctaw were really high and we aren't gamblers and weren't interested in that mess. We found the home to be clean, extremely convenient and a great value. We only used 2 of the Bedrooms, it actually has 4. While the train tracks are close and active, it didn't bother us. It was a great value for our trip.

Perfect place to stay after choctaw concert

Attended Journey concert at Choctaw with friends. Hotel prices were really high. This little gem was very close to Choctaw and perfect for the 5 of us. Comfortable and convenient and great price. We'd stay there again!!

Great place!

It was perfect for us to stay for our trip to a concert and the casino! So close and convenient! Our entire group had a great time…cornhole, fishing, hanging out by the fire pit. The deck is very spacious! Beautiful decor inside and tons of bedrooms, very comfortable, great kitchen, etc! Highly recommended!! We will definitely return!

Great place for our annual brothers trip.

My two brothers and I get together every year to gamble and enjoy each other’s company and this was a perfect place (and only 1/2 mile from the casino). It was great that we each had our own bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen was well stocked even though we aren’t much for cooking. The property owner and his mother were extremely helpful and were quick to get back to me. Had we won at the casino I would have given it 6 stars!

Pleasant stay

The property is extremely nice clean and clean. New cabinets in the kitchen and some items were stocked. Very comfortable beds and well laid out for our group. There is an active railroad track near the property but it did not interfere with our sleep. We will use the property again if we need to be in the area.

Great property

We had a great stay. Very clean and beautiful big yard. Just like the pictures posted. Train isn’t bad at all. We stayed 4 days and enjoyed our time there very much- highly recommended. Only down side was the water pressure, the best shower pressure was in the master shower only. And the water smelled so bad like sulfur the first 2 days and we just ran the water for a bit.

Beautiful interior.

Was hard to find, anyone not tolerant of occasional noise (from trains) this us not the place. Outside was ok, but lors of tree limbs and debris. Deck is a little weathered and needs repair. A sidewalk to back door would be good for people who are unsteady on their feet since you have to use back door to get in. Owners are great.

Nice location near casino

Clean house. We honestly were only here to sleep after a concert at the casino. Beds were comfy. A little bit of a challenge finding it on waze but google maps led us right to it. Not a fault of the property, obviously. Just as a call out. We did hear the trains all night and half the group used the provided ear plugs and the other half didn't but that was a preference by each person. Would definitely stay here again.

Relax Relax Relax

This is not our first time to stay at this property. We love it every time we stay and this time was no exception. This trip was more of a relaxation get away. Yes, even with the train. The train does run all day and night. With that said the train for some reason is relaxing and entertaining. We went to the casino for one night. No, not a winner on that. The next 4 days was about relaxing and went into town to enjoy some restaurants and liquor store. Can't wait till the next time

Getaway with Grandkids

This was the second time I have stayed here. My daughter rented the first time. Like it so much had to rent again. It is perfect size inside for kids to play and adults to relax. Not to far from stores and casino. The ages range from 11 months to 65. There is a train that does run. I know during the day it was entertaining for my grandson who is 2. It does run at night it really didn’t bother me. Just depends on what kind of sleeper you are. We really enjoyed ourselves and would rent again.

Amazing place! Great owner

Amazing place, just far enough out of town to feel country but close enough to town to get anything you needed. Very updated home. very big for multiple guests. The three bathrooms are awesome, very large showers! Only 15 minutes from catfish Bay Marina, which is the closest marina that I found. Great owner, responded to text even late at night. Hope to stay again at this property. It is quite a walk to the pond if it is muddy, or unless you have four wheel drive :-) The trains are close but only if you go by in the night when we were there. They completely closed in front yard is nice on the train track side. Our kids and grandkids loved it. Cannot beat this place for the price !! Book it!

Stayed 1 night for a boys weekday striper fishing trip to Texoma. Super clean and enjoyed the privacy. Even caught a few 1-2 lbs bass from the pond on property. Pond is a little tough to get too, but most of that difficulty was weather related. Hit up the casino 5 minutes down the road that night and a short 20 min drive to the lake the next morning. Only knock like others have mentioned is the noise from the train, but it didn’t bother us too much. TBH we stayed at the casino late, had too many adult beverages and were unconscious the moment our heads hit the pillow so the train noise wasn’t much of a factor for us. Property was near perfect for what we were wanting.
