The room was very nice, but it was a direct outside access room and the temperatures were in the single digits that night so it was extremely cold in the room, even with the heater turned up. I would stay there again, just in the main hotel."

"No working toilet, no phone working in room.. told to use our own.. like what! No towels said to use app.. again what?!! No person on site to fix toilet. Did not tell us underground parking in demolition.. needless to say we left to another hotel. Do better Holiday Inn. Also get a friendly desk attendant. Horrible experience! "

"perfect stay except for one little thing. I stayed in rom 105, which is great UNLESS someone wants to use the bathroom in Room 205. WOW the floor squeaked with every step!!! "

"The suite was clean and looked exactly like the pictures. The comfortable bed and nice pillows were great for a good night's sleep. The gentlemen who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. One elevator was out of service, so that could have bothersome for some guests."
