Had an enjoyable stay. Stayed with a friend in the twin room. Room was an internal Room 505. No windows but was not a big problem. Room was quiet. Room was small but adequate. Large bathroom and shower. Standouts: Rooftop pools and cafes, small gym, friendly staff, spa and breakfast buffet. Oasis in the middle of HCMC. District 1 so walking to war museum, post office and cathedral. Lots of dining options also close. Would recommend and stay again.

I cannot say enough about the staff at this hotel. I have never felt so welcomed and been treated so well at any hotel, ever. And I have stayed at a lot of hotels in a lot of countries. I cannot remember everybody's name and I apologize for that because I do not want to leave anyone out. But Kelly, Mary, Gracie and everyone else was absolutely amazing. The service, professionalism and supurb positive attitude and abundance of smiles and help was second to none. The breakfast was outstanding right down to the full serrano ham carved fresh at request. The spa was amazing. It is the best hotel stay I have ever had. I strongly recommend this hotel if you are coming to Saigon. I will only stay here from now on while visiting Ho Chi Minh City. Thank you to the whole entire staff.
