"Such wonderful staff at this hotel. Welcoming, friendly, helpful. Good breakfast and good location for trips, restaurants and beach. Doesn’t have own beach but you can use other hotels sections if you buy drink/food. Good airport shuttle service. Very elegant hotel with large rooms. Predominantly Russian clientele. Nice pool."
"The hotel was perfectly located near downtown and the market, easy to walk. The room was beautiful and large, the pool beautiful however missing a minimum 10-15 extra chairs near the children pool going around the building. Too many leave only towels with no coming back for hours. The buffet is amazing with lots of choices from fruits to egg to Asian meals. The lunch is also very good a as staff is friendly"
"A great place to relax and enjoy the beach and pool. Staff were all lovely and couldn’t do enough for you. Great WiFi across the whole property. Plenty of options to walk out to although the food at the bar and restaurant is superb so we ate there every evening."
"The gardens around the property were lush and beautiful. It was a tropical oasis. The beach was clean and sandy and the water warm. There were ample beach chairs and the atmosphere around the pool was peaceful and serene. No screaming children or loud music. The bed was huge and comfortable and the room spacious.
We used the gym facilities and they were top notch and played a game of pool in the covered games area. But the breakfast was enough to warrant
booking this place. It was incredible. Anything your heart could desire and all artfully presented. It was a highlight every day. The staff were consistently cheerful and attentive. This place definitely earns its stellar reputation."
"Beautiful resort with a wonderful staff. The breakfast choices are plentiful and delicious. The pool and beach were both great for swimming. There are two restaurants at the resort and many nearby dining options outside the resort. This resort had everything we needed for a fabulous stay. "
"It is a beautiful place. We booked 8 months in advance for a panoramic garden view room. The photos linked to this type of room looked lovely. That is not what we got. Our balcony looked at the next (rather close building) with a tree in between. 😡. We enjoy sitting on our balcony and enjoying the view, but not this time. There are many beautiful sites which have a cottage look.
The buffet had a good variety. The staff were very helpful. I was surprised that not all servers spoke English. Thank goodness for “translate”.
We went to the beach and were appalled at all the garbage washed up on shore. We then chose to stay by the pool, which is a lovely pool btw.
Hotel is in a good location for walking to the night market.

"We had problems with no shower in a deluxe room and the breakfast was very limited and refreshed often and most warm or cold.
A lovely lady at reception called Mia tried so hard to help make our stay enjoyable and without her help we would have checked out early!
Thank you Mia. "
"First impressions of the hotel were not great as we stepped into the main building and saw the tiny little swimming pool to the side of the reception. HOWEVER, we then went to our 2 bedroom apartment in the back complex which was obviously a newer extension and we were so pleased and surprised to see the much newer and larger pool and grass area in from on the apartment blocks! The apartments were clean and well equipped and the aircon was good. There’s quite a few mosquitos due to the greenery so we didn’t sit outside on the lovely terrace area but it was beautifully lit up at night with some fairy lights in the trees and the lights from the pool. The staff were very helpful, particularly cos you have to manoeuvre quite a few stairs to get to the rooms and so with our multitude of large cases, it proved a little struggle when we were checking out. The staff were friendly and let us store our luggage for free after check out whilst we explored some more. Price is above average for this area but definitely worth it due to the quality of accommodation, location (short walk to the night market and loads of restaurants and massage facilities nearby)."
