"Arrived late in the day and was welcomed by the owner and taken to our room, it was super spotlessly clean and smelt really nice, very comfortable bed and awesome shower perfect room for 2 Next morning we were greeted with a friendly smile and a good morning then told breakfast was included in our room rate, we were given a small but super tasty menu and cooked a very fresh and super tasty breakfast by the other owner and delivered with a friendly smile and enjoy and it filled the spot, awesome meal All in all what a fabulous place to stay, cosy, tidy and fresh tasty food so do your self a favour and travel the extra 10 mins south of Roxbrough and stay here🤓"

"Property is great but I would like to have seen a stove-top inside the house so I could cook. There is a microwave and a jug and this was welcome. I really liked the secret garden beside the house. That was a good idea.Staff were welcoming and helpful. -DC "
