Quaint house in a lovely location

The property is well equipped and is just as described. It is comfortable and in a great location. We enjoyed the antique shops and restaurants within the easily walkable neighborhood. We would like to stay here again when we return to the area.

We decided we wanted to explore this part of Floria that we were really unfamiliar with even after living here 20 years. We were pleased with everything this RETREAT had to offer. A well-appointed kitchen, comfortable beds and a great location within walking distance to shops and restaurants made this the perfect place to call our "home" away from home. It was great to be only a short drive to Ocala and Crystal River. We were cozy and happy with this cute vintage property.

Girls Weekend!

The home was perfect for our girl's weekend, there were 5 of us, there was plenty of room for us. Home is in walking distance to antique and thrift stores. We went tubing and kayaking, which is a short drive from the house!!! We all left feeling relaxed!

Cute place to stay!

The place was clean and decorated very cute. Well stocked. Good communication by management. Only downside was that one of the king beds, which actually seemed to be a trundle bed (2 twins together as a king) had a big dip in the bed, and was rather uncomfortable to sleep on. The other 2 beds were comfy though.

Family vacation to watch the Holiday Horse show at WEC and ride bikes.

We loved the location and proximity to shops, restaurants, the World Equestrian Center, and bike trails. Wish we were able to stay longer and walk around all the shops. The house is great and had been mostly updated but it does needs is more places to hang things. I would suggest bringing over the door hangers with you.

WEC Ocala Horse Show 2024

What a comfortable and inviting place to come home to after a day of horse showing at WEC Ocala. Only 20 minutes away, giving us the distance we needed to "get away" from "all things horses" but close enough for the early morning drive to get there. The people in town are beyond friendly. Shops are super cute. Rainbow Springs nearby was a great afternoon getaway for some refreshing swimming and beautiful walks among the little water falls. The home itself was cute, clean and comfortable. We will plan to stay again next year.

Dunnellon home

This looks like a DIY project. There are no dressers in the bedrooms and the closets were packed with “stuff” that made it hard to use them. The front and side doors are not square so there are large gaps. The location was good. Dunnellon has some good restaurants and great places to walk.

Quaint but inadequate

Nicely decorated, beautiful new shower but not conveniently located to a bedroom. The best bed in the house is a double with a tiny bathroom. The middle bed is awfully uncomfortable. No way 8 people could stay here. The patio is a joke the only coffee maker is a Keurig & there are no ice trays — no ice maker either. The new managers are very helpful and eager to please!

Girls Weekend

The house is adorable! It was bigger and more spacious than expected which was a nice surprise. All of the rooms were a good size and the beds were comfortable. The fridge is smaller than a standard size and doesnt have an ice maker but it was big enough for us to put a bag of ice in. The lounges in the main living space were very cozy but a tight fit for a full house. The tv is guest friendly so we were easily able to log into streaming services. All of the light and fan remotes were labeled, which was very helpful. I would definitely recommend and would stay again! Thanks!
