The friendliness of the owner & staff at this inn were wonderful. Clean & lovely accomodation set in a tranquil location

This was our 3 day stop over after our flight from Australia. We found the staff to be very helpful, breakfast (which was included in our tariff) was more than ample and there was a good variety of produce. The staff were very obliging and friendly. The Swan has a great atmosphere and was obviously liked by visitors and locals alike as it was always very busy. We could not fault our rooms for cleanliness and fit out although I would have liked a little more shelf space in the bathroom.

We had an enjoyable stay at the Three Blackbirds. The bed was comfortable, large fluffy towels, reasonable lighting, great parking and beautiful breakfasts. The one chair could have been more comfortable and there were a couple of mix ups which were quickly fixed. Overall it is a lovely place to stay.

What a truly beautiful place, the view of the fields was special and the ladies that run the pub were beyond helpful and accommodating.

Lovely old pub, very homely, great country style rooms but modern. Good facilities and great breakfast, and the pub and restaurant at night. Best accomodation in the local area

good place to stay and convenient.

Looks a little tired from the front however inside is nicely maintained and a great option for accommodation and meals.

Everything was great. The place was built in 1569, so don't expect air cond but the place is great. Park in Swan meadows car park and walk up the lane. Parking cheap, and machines easy to use (no dumb apps that don't work). The single thing that let it down was poor wifi... not the signal, but the free service being offered by some third party that mines your data, and is chronically bad a t connections, they vanish, then won't connect, then keep restarting. All our 4 devices were a pain to...

What a hidden gem the Black Bull Inn is. Lovely private and very comfortable accommodation. Breakfast that was included was tremendous and the two evening meals we had were so great and tasty. The super friendly and helpful staff made the stay perfect. We will certainly return when we are next visiting from Australia.

We stayed in the room opening to the garden. Was a lovely outlook
