"Considering the property was under renovation I felt everything was excellent from cleanliness to ease of check-in and check-out. Our only issue was the delay in the elevators on a particularly busy night and we couldn't find the stairs to take them instead. We opted to buy an ice cream from the lobby and waited on a plush seat which was pleasant. There was one elevator that had issues every now and then that caused a small delay and/or backup at times. It could've been related to all the renovations. It wont keep us from staying again."
"This hotel was so very beautiful. The rooms are just so cute! The coffee bar was great every morning with delicious muffins. Also there was lemon ice water whenever you want it which was wonderful with it being so hot outside. Bed was so comfortable and so many restaurants within walking distance. Loved our stay there!"
The Waymark Chattanooga, Tapestry Collection By Hilton
8/10 Good
"We stayed on the 10th floor. Everything was excellent except the noise level from the streets below. No fault of the hotel or staff themselves but quite noisy. Of course it also was a holiday weekend. The staff was awesome and clean rooms with tidying up daily. Everyone was always friendly. The valets were always friendly but when we picked up our vehicle the last day, it was evident that the controls were messed with in the vehicle and that was not necessary. Other than those two very minor items, we will use Expedia again and probably stay at The Waymark again as well. Just not a holiday weekend. If you get to the rooftop bar, ask for Lily. She was special and spectacular. Other servers were also very good, but she stood out. There is also a casual speakeasy downstairs. We didn't eat or do anything but take a look n see, but it was also very nice and unique. You are about six blocks from the river but if you do not mind walking, it is fun. Make sure to visit Innside Restaurant around the block if you want a mom n pop type of breakfast. Not open on the weekends but the servings were HUGE and delicious like a home cooked meal."
Hotel Bo, a Days Inn by Wyndham Chattanooga Downtown
10/10 Excellent
"We enjoyed our stay at this convenient, well-priced hotel right in downtown Chattanooga. The rooms were clean and staff was wonderful. We especially enjoyed the Downtowner restaurant and bar which is attached to the hotel. Jody and Coventry were so friendly and helpful, and they even had a fun bucket ball game that my daughters (10 and 8) absolutely loved! The only one small negative is that the beds are only full-sized so are a small for 2 people. Other that that, it was a wonderful stay and great hotel"
"We had a few “hiccups”. The tv didn’t work, the phone didn’t work, and the a/c didn’t work. They promptly moved us to a new room. In the new room the tv still didn’t work. We later learned the property had a computer glitch or something that cause it to go out. Which I understand things happen but the lack of communication about that was disappointing. The building engineer was the only person on staff who wasn’t friendly. He was rude! But other than that the stay was fine. The room was clean. The front desk people were pleasant. The restaurant was cute. The food was typical hotel food with reasonable prices."
