"There was never anyone at the front desk. Disappointed that there was no hot tub. The first laundry had only one set of machines. And the laundry room was dirty."

"We needed a hotel for an overnight and this was perfect. We slept well and the location was really easy off the highway."

"I was assigned a handcap room and the shower head would not lock in the high position so had to use the wand to shower. Hard after a ling day of travel. The outlet for the coffee maker and the phone did not work. The remote control menu button did not work. The gym was nice and onsite amenities were also very good. The front desk and room cleaning staff was very polite and courteous."

"Breakfast was lack luster, and not well stocked fresh fruit was rotten. The housekeepers were in the lobby using the counters to fold laundry. The showers suck no water pressure and barely any hot water."

"Got there 45 minutes after check in time and was told no rooms were ready…. We waited another 2 hours for our room to be ready. We didn’t get into our room until after 6:00pm"
