Fantastic spot with an incredible view of the beach waves, in particular the sunrise.Very warm, with lights and heating left on for us kindly by host as we arrived later in the evening.Great location close to Dunedin, cosy, and even treats and drinks supplied!

Coastal cosy

Very cosy for my partner and I, lovely view and has basic necessities plus some extras like beer, wine and fruit! Fire place was lovely.

Host was very good. Amenities were very good. Thanks for the fruit basket. Would have been good to have somewhere to hang clothes. Great to be so close to the sea. Enjoyed Brighton Beach and cafe. Would definitely recommend.

Wonderful place to relax and enjoy the seaside. Short walk to beautiful beaches. While basic there is everything needed to be self sufficient if desired. There was a generous gift basket and supply of drinks in the fridge. Loved being able to lie in bed with the sound of the sea and watch the waves.

Gorgeous traditional bach overlooking Brighton Beach. Large well placed windows so almost like sleeping under the stars at night while listening to the ocean roar below...

Cute cottage, great fire made very cosy on a cold wet day, has all you need. Tricky access and steps for mature visitors only slight inconvenience, but overall a great stay.
