We all really loved how close it was to all the shops. You are literally in town. We have a 4wd and found the parking right but manageable. The accommodation itself was lovely and the beds were very comfy. The shower pressure was amazing- loved it.

The hotel was in a very central area. This turned out very well for my companion who wss left to explore on his own while i was in bed with flu. Although a 2 bed property the second bed had no light of its own or a bedside table.

I would never stay here again. And i would recommend who ever read this. As this property never communicate with you regarding your room will be accessible room with broken door, also when you try to communicate for solution, the guy on reception asking me aren’t you all family? Asking us to adjust with broken bathroom door lock and accessible bathroom. The guy said why would i fix this is not my job. No form of apology and really disrespectful behaviour asking us to leave the room . After listening to him i had to tell him i work for hotel in front office team. He started becoming racist given us upgarde asking for money I refuse to pay extra than he said you people want everything free . People what you are you are . If he has shown apology and willingness to work for solutions i would have paid extra but he was rude, And still no apology. I don’t want to make too much fuss . Still came to door on the dot 10.00 Am while we are leaving asking us rudely why you guys haven’t left what time is checkout.? I don’t know management check this feedback or not but i can tolerate anything but not the attitude and racist behaviour specially when i am travelling with my parents. And of the day give room was spacious with half used toilet papers .

Wonderful warm, welcoming, clean room. Large bed, great moden kitchen facilities, and bathroom, handy having a washing macine and dryer. Close to restaurants, and shops. George at the front desk was so helpful and friendly - great customer service.

Great apartments right off George Street The whole area has hew road work being done but this facility has off street parking garage and extra bays So you are able to easily walk to the Octagon area in centre of Dunedin New World supermarket a block away Joanne the owner is great and so are her staff Highly recommend for a few days in Dunedin

The service was excellent! The staff were great and responsive! There was a lot of construction that made coming and going difficult and we had to be picked up blocks away. Parking a large vehicle was also difficult considering the limited parking and small entrance.

There are major road upgrades happening on George St Dunedin until Feb 2024. These made it a bit more difficult/confusing to get in and out of the property. But they did send me a message the day before our stay, warning about this.

Lovely staff and the perfect location! Cafes/restaurants and shopping all very close to walk to. The only slight negative was the roadworks on George Street but could not hear anything from our room and nothing to do with 315 Euro Motel - totally out of their control. Would definitely book and stay here again!

The staff at 315 euro were very warm and welcoming and very helpful including when we had trouble getting to the motel the reception was very helpful. The room was very nice and spacious.

A great property in central Dunedin. A well appointed room with a comfortable bed and a fantastic shower. Very close to great eating options on George St. The current renovations on George St were only a small inconvenience and didn’t detract from our stay.

Due to major construction on the street outside the motel access was limited, but Euro Motel staff made sure that we received clear instructions on the best root to the carpark. The studio apartments are well appointed and very clean.

Unfortunately due to the roadworks in the immediate vicinity, it was difficult to drive in and out of. However, the staff were helpful and gave us information we needed for sightseeing in the local area.

This is our favourite property to stay at in Dunedin. Handy to shops , cafes etc . Free car parking . Like the balcony , especially in warmer weather

Beautiful room, very spacious, quick and friendly check in and out. My only issue is there is some sort of vent in the bathroom that makes constant noise, I found it hard to sleep

Unfortunately, these road works in the city center are part of a necessary infrastructure upgrade initiated by the DCC to replace pipes and improve the overall area. Good for family stay
This worked well for our family of 4. The common area was a bit loud in the evening (was right outside our door). Construction put a damper on getting to and from the location, but minus the construction the location was good - very close to the city center!
