"well placed for staying near the beach great sized bed ( room 2) and overall a good stay disappointing at breakfast - people who arrived after me got served first and while it was a busy breakfast with everyone arriving at the same time - the kitchen couldn't cope and in fact i had to leave without breakfast ( even though i'd paid for it) as they food took more than 25 mins to come out - and i don't know how long t would have taken"

"Well looked after from arrival to departure, including finding us a new room as we had ended our stay too early. Great breakfast and friendly bar service in this ideally situated hotel in Broughty Ferry, for a 1 week golf trip around Carnoustie! I would stay there again - no hesitation!"
