Check in was easy, the home was clean. Couldn’t find any bath towels and had to use a hand towel to dry off with. Not a big deal but if ownership could make them more accessible or give the next tenant a heads up that would be helpful. The house kind of has a kitty litter smell to it. Not dirty kitty litter, and not a cat or urine smell, but it smelled like fresh Tidy Cat. Again, the property was clean, but I couldn’t help but the overwhelming kitty litter smell.

I think we were the first people to stay at this property. It was a little risky because there wasn’t any reviews yet, but you get what you paid for. It lacked a lot of basic necessities. It was not ready for guests, there were no towels, toilet paper, napkins, etc. One of the beds was missing a blanket, there was a full load of dirty laundry in the washer. The first shower had a body wash and a kids detangle shampoo and the second shower had nothing, so be prepared for that. (Despite the fact that the listing says it comes with shampoo/body wash) The upstairs toilet started to leak after flushing it. I notified the host and they said there was a mixup with the cleaning and delivered towels, toilet paper, and washing detergent which was nice. Luckily we were only passing through and stayed one night. Hopefully the host can take this as a learning experience and be more prepared for future guests.

Overall you’re getting what you pay for. The downstairs toilet didn’t work and there weren’t any towels or lotion but the place was spacey and nice

For an older property, the kitchen upgrade was nice, I like the basement level and the double queen bunk beds. The type of furniture, it can easily sleep the number of people I requested. I only had 3 adults and 1 child, which was more than enough space for the price.
