Very impressed with the staff who accomodated our needs (daily ice from the bar). While not a deal breaker, would have been nice to have a refrigerator in our excutive suite. Would stay again if ever traveling to Ireland again.

Unable to sleep due to banging noise outside our window. Really poor service at breakfast. One member of staff who was getting breakfast for room service ! I had to ask several times to have dishes replenished. Very few tables were cleared after use. At 10am two further staff appeared ! I mentioned this to the receptionist all she said to me was - I’ll mention this to management.

Moved to a sister hotel due to overbooking by Gateway. Sister hotel was cheaper by €30. I was told to take it up with my booking agent. VERY poor customer service. I reached out 3 times to reservations in the Gateway.

We enjoyed the property very much. Only negative is room was too hot. Airconnturned off suring the night and we were told this was to save the planet.. meantime my husband woke up seating and made for a uncomfortable sleep. This was also the case with my daughter who stayed in another room. Aircon needs to be available throughout the entire stay please in the rooms.

Hidden Gem

What a pleasant surprise we had staying here. A fabulous hotel with friendly staff. The lobby and breakfast room were spacious, bright and airy. Great selection for breakfast. The room itself was excellent with a very comfy bed and large tv. The view of the beach was stunning and most unexpected . This hotel is certainly a hidden gem we will stay at again

Una experiencia excelente. El hotel está en una situación magnífica, muy bien conectado con la autopista, lo que facilita tanto la llegada como los desplazamientos. Las instalaciones y el servicio son de primera, con un personal siempre atento y amable. La habitación era cómoda, amplia y muy limpia, ideal para descansar tras un día de viaje o trabajo. El gimnasio está en muy buenas condiciones, perfecto para mantener tus rutinas de entrenamiento incluso durante el viaje. Además, el desayuno es delicioso, con una variedad amplia y de calidad que se agradece mucho. Sin duda, un lugar al que volveré. Muy recomendable tanto para estancias de trabajo como de descanso.
