"It's a place to lay your head. We've stayed here a few times as we come to the area a few times a year. The staff is friendly. Some things are definitely dated but the bathrooms are clean, linens are clean and the bed and pillows are comfy."

"It was very very embarrassing and hurtful I booked a room off of expedia.com and I had no clue about no incidental fee for $100 cash and the room was only 42 bucks so when I get there to check in and that's all the money me and my girlfriend have cuz we're basically struggling right now and homeless sleeping in our car so when we do get enough money we get a hotel sometimes to shower and eat and all that good stuff and I go inside the front desk lady site I need your car for instance it's going to be $100 they're going to charge it and then when you check out we're going to give it back so I look at her and I'm like I don't I didn't know anything about $900 and she says what you need it so I go out to the car tell my girl my girlfriend to go in there and talk to her and my girlfriend told her we're homeless we took all the money to get this room tonight and if we don't get this room we're going to sleep outside and our car in your parking lot which guess what happened we called everybody the general manager would call Expedia we tried to negotiate with the front desk lady and beg her to let us stay in there cuz it was cold and I guess what happened she told us there's nothing she could do and she made us sleep in our car in their parking lot where we just paid for a room at so yeah customer service nowadays and it was incidentals that's what stopped us when you give it back to us anyway you couldn't just like clear it you couldn't she couldn't just clear it for one night to b"
"As a long-time Hilton Honors member who has stayed exclusively within Hilton brands since childhood, I found the overall experience to be significantly below expected standards of hospitality, professionalism, and brand conduct. There appeared to be a lack of effective managerial oversight on-site. The general manager was frequently observed in close informal association with staff, with no visible intervention or correction of inappropriate conduct. The overall environment suggested a normalization of unprofessional behavior rather than active enforcement of hospitality standards. In multiple instances, staff behavior toward guests appeared dismissive, and at times crossed into conduct that could reasonably be perceived as bullying or mocking. Guests were at times informed that they should clean or maintain their rooms beyond standard expectations for hotel stays, which is not consistent with full-service hotel operations. Taken together, these issues reflect a broader breakdown in service delivery, staff training, and adherence to brand standards. The experience did not align with the expectations associated with Hilton Honors membership or Hilton-branded properties. A front desk staff member directly addressed the child in a disrespectful manner and referred to her as a “liar” in relation to a minor issue involving a paper plate. Regardless of the context, this interaction was inappropriate and not aligned with acceptable standards of guest relations and its re: a minor."
"The only thing that I can complain about is the elevator by entrance B it makes weird noises. Other than that this hotel is fantastic. 4.9 stars for me"
"Stayed here for one night as a pit stop. We drove 10 hours and my poor son was not feeling well with a bad cough and cold. We got there around 9 pm and no parking lot lights were on so it was dark and hard to see. I went inside to check in and the man at the desk was scrolling his phone and didn’t notice me standing there for at least 3 mins before I asked if he was going to check me in. I reserved a room with 2 beds… he didn’t say anything and gave me my room keys. We go in to find one king bed . I told him what I requested and he said sorry all sold out that’s all I have but the couch pulls out to a bed. The couch pull out is nothing but a thin mattress full of metal , no extra sheets or blankets provided for it so I had to go get that.. awful experience and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel or stay here myself again. You should get what you paid for and reserved. Bathroom felt dirty too… "

"My room wasn't cleaned the first 5 days of my stay even though I asked Lizzie to have it cleaned once. Upon my room finally being cleaned, on the the 6th day of my 7 day stay, things went missing from my room and I had to file a police report for over 2 dozen missing credit cards. I advised the front desk of my missing items, they advised me that management is not in until 9am, it is now 1230pm and no one has reached out from the property. This was by far the worst stay I have had anywhere even before my property went missing. "
