Friendly attentive host combined with superb customer service, great location and comfortable facilities made our stay very enjoyable.

The property building and carpark is in need of renovations. The property is located directly on the beach, great for a walk. The room itself was outstanding with all modern amenities and a great sea view. Comfortable queen bed, double shower, sitting area. The bar was great, the young barman Jason was fantastic, great suggestions on drinks and just managed everyone well. It was also the locals bridge club night so that bought in another 20 people. Lovely place to base ourselves near Waterford. Friendly helpful staff and clean spacious rooms.

The property is very clean and close to the centre of the town. It was a very nice stay.

Lovey hotel with pretty gardens surrounding. Comfortable room and friendly staff. As with most hotels though it was hard to close the door quietly which meant others could be heard in the hallway as well. This wasn't an issue though as people were asleep at reasonable hours! Would definitely stay there again!

Great room and lovely staff

Beautiful historic hotel right in the heart of town. Rooms are well furnished and spacious and the staff can't do enough to help. Breakfast is lovely and the bar offers good hearty home style meals for dinner.

Lovely stay, a little out of town, but we liked that. Foyer area beautifully decorated and a lovely place to sit and relax. Food and bar quality, choice and service in the restaurant was superb.

Location and rooms were very good. Really nice hotel. The only issue was the ducted heating system that could not be turned off, so even with the window open, the room was extremely hot.

Hotel has a restaurant on site which is very good. I had an issue with the shower both days I stayed. The first day the water was cold. I reported the issue and staff looked into straight away but not before I had a. Cold shower. The second day the water was way too hot and it wasn’t able to be turned down. The hotel is easy to get to all the sites within town
