"This property is approximately 25 miles east of Greenville, MS where we wanted to stay. Expedia sent us that far out of our way, but attaching this hotel to the Greenville area. Nice property, but pretty far away from the major highways."

"The room was clean, but had a strong cigarette smoke smell. We bought an air freshener to cover the odor rather than complaining given the low rate we were charged for the room. The shower was a plus. It was clean and, although dated, had great water pressure."

"I like this spot. It's out of the way of all of the hustle and bustle, but still just a few minutes away from downtown and the main drag. There is a nice view of the Sunflower river and lots of space to roam around out back if you're adventurous.The seating in the living room needs to be cleaned. ..."
