"Beautiful room/restaurant for breakfast was very special. Great eggs and fresh fruit. Various foods to choose from and table service for hot drinks was very nice. Glad to have a cooler in the room. No wifi in the room. I had to sit in the lobby to have a connection which was a quite uncomfortable inconvenience, as I was looking forward to resting in bed surfing online, but instead after a Long day I needed to sit up in the lobby and make a booking for the next night. "The hotel charged me for the room even though I had paid on Expedia. When I contacted them for a refund, they asked for my bank info and said that would be the fastest. I did so but have not received the money. That was a week ago and they are not answering my calls or emails. Very sad, as it was a nice stay. "

"Food was exzellent and the stuf very friendly. Breakfeast with wide good choice. The rooms are clean and price - performance ratio is good. We booked for 3 nights and payed in advance via Expedia. Unfortunately my wife broke her arm and we had to leave the evening of our 2nd night. We where offered the return payment of 2 nights and it was handeled very professionally, even according to the terms of sales, it would not have been necessary. You will see us definitely again!"
