Would stay again

Place looks amazing in quite area. Room was clean and tidy - high standard. Quick laundry service. WiFi didn’t work during our stay at all for us. Staff didn’t provided us with information on arrival. We didn’t know what time breakfast will be served. Even though tea/coffee supposed to be included in the breakfast price we were charged extra. Communication with guests should be improved. However overall we had a great time and we would stay again.

Chelle's is the perfect place to stay if you want to explore siquijor. Staff is nice and the room was clean.

Clean good place but unfair trade behaviour

Place is good with the budget. Room is spacious and reasonably clean. Will not recommend to stay because of followings: (1) No WiFi. They provided you with WiFi password but tells you 'no load'. Meaning you can connect to router but there is no connection to internet service provider. Owner will claim it will be done in next few days but past reviews in Hotels.com seem to have same excuse. (2) Booked and fully paid for 4 nights fan room (non refundable). This means that even if I cancelled my booking, the hotel is still getting the payment. Despite this, they still double booked the room and put me in a dorm for one night. When asked for refund, they refuse to return anything - not even the differences of one night between room and dorm. (3) Location is between two town/village. Therefore cannot get around unless you rent a bike from them.

Enttäuschung!

Schäden bei Beleuchtung und im Badezimmer. Mussten daher in ein billigeres Zimmer wechseln, bekam aber nicht die Differenz erstattet, obwohl ich die Chefin dezidiert darauf angesprochen habe. Internet ist sehr oft ausgefallen!

Nice potential but a bit off

Room was nice with a great porch outside. All decorated in bamboo. The separate rooms were well away from the dorms, maybe to much. This place could become a backpacker favourite if they invested in better common areas, now they're more built in a way which rather discourages interaction between guests than supporting them. Another negative is that the place is a bit far away from the village, you need to rent a scooter if you want to be able to get to restaurants and other activities smoothly.

ドミトリーに三泊。 港からトライシクルで250ペソ（港の料金表に書いてるので交渉できなかった）。 部屋にコンセントは一つしかないが、目の前の共用スペース（ハンモックとテーブル、椅子がある）に4つコンセントがあったので問題なし。そこでWi-Fiも割とつながる。 トイレは1つ、トイレ＆シャワーも1つ（水シャワー）。 トイレットペーパーがある。 バスタオルもある。 チェルさんが色々気遣って声をかけてくれて、居心地良かったです。
