The Premier Beautiful Modern Ski House is part of the newly developed Riverwest Vacation Rentals, situated at the base of Spirit Mountain in Duluth, MN. This property boasts some of the best locations in the development. It is privately owned and managed by North Shore Vacation Rentals, a family-owned business.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The home was well stocked with kitchen items and made our day of cooking and dinner easy! The lower level was a bit chilly, and maybe that’s because we couldn’t fully figure out the thermostat. But having the wall fireplace was perfect!

Great place for a girlfriend retreat!

Our book club rented the house for a retreat weekend. It was a beautiful home with plenty of space for 9 women to relax and recharge. The location is conveniently located near a couple of trails for walking or biking and the awesome Burnett Dairy store is a few blocks away.

This place is absolutely gorgeous and was perfect for our large group of friends celebrating a milestone birthday. Everything is beautifully decorated and every amenity was thought of. Beautiful home close to Spirit Mountain

This home appears to be brand new. Beautifully decorated, located close to the base of Spirit Mountain. You can see the slopes from the windows. We were two families with 3 teens, and the four bedrooms provided lots of space. We also enjoyed the sauna!

We had a convention at the DECC for work and needed a nice place to stay where we could relax and spend time together away from work. We found that here! Very good use of space for the footprint of the house and stocked like you would expect a house to be. Everyone in the group was very happy with their stay. This place is gorgeous. Lots of room. Great layout. Beds and bedrooms were great. Really a wonderful place! The only negative, the garage was too small to hold two of our vehicles. We easily found street parking for all our vehicles, so not that big of a negative.

Girls weekend

This house was perfect for a girls weekend trip! It was so easy to get to Duluth. The open floor plan and multiple seating options made it easy for the eight of us to hang out and play games at the end of the night. I would recommend this home to anyone looking for a place in Duluth. The only downside is all of the stairs getting up to the bedrooms. It would be a challenge to stay here will older family members.

What’s not to love!?!

This house was so beautiful and even tastefully decorated for Christmas. 🎄❤️ Our family was able to comfortably gather, watch football, make holiday cocktail/mocktails, wear matching Christmas pj’s, and play games. This house provided everything you could possibly need. When we arrived, the beds all had a welcoming little stack of towels, makeup wipes, and toothbrush kits. Definitely a five star rental. Family getaway

This space was PERFECT for our family! Everyone had their own privacy, yet we could all gather together on the main floor. There were a lot of amenities provided for us as well. We LOVED the sauna. What a cool idea! We really want to come back in the winter! The only negatives were that there wasn’t any blinds on the main floor so everyone could look in, one of the showers wasn’t clean, and there were dead flies scattered in places. Other then that, we LOVE this place! Thank you!

Modern new 3 story home with a view of Spirit Mountain off one deck and the St. Louis river off the other. Two master bedrooms with private bathrooms. Two additional bedrooms that share a bath. Smart TVs in all bedrooms Laundry off the half bath on main floor and full bath on second floor. Large kitchen island with lots of seating, and a large living/dining area as well. Open concept. Well supplied kitchen including double ovens which allowed plenty of room for our Thanksgiving turkey and other fixings! Even has a heated garage. 15 minute drive to all the fun of downtown Duluth. Half a block from a beautiful, paved hiking walking trail and the Grand Ave entrance to Spirit Mountain. appreciated having our furry family members with us as well. We will definitely stay here again!
