A great place to stay with small kids. The pools are shallow for the little guys to navigate. Restaurant and coffee shop nearby. We have stayed there mutiple times, and will continue to use the location.

The only negative thing I can say is that the reason for the stay was to attend a concert and after the concert most of the doors were locked to the hotel so we had to do quite a bit of walking outside in the cold to renter the hotel

The pools were cold and dirty. Maintenance staff wouldn’t clean them, I had to pull gobs of hair out of the pools along with bandages. Arcade was very small, several games were out of order. Rooms and hallways were very dark and outdated. My family and I will not be going back there and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone

We went to Duluth specifically to visit Bentleyville. The hotel offered a shuttle bus every 30 minutes to and from Bentleyville, so we didn’t have to drive or catch an Uber. After, we had a great meal with drinks at the restaurant downstairs. Overall had a great time.

Location was great! Parking ramp was convenient and easy, room was clean and very nice. Skyway access was a plus, wished we were there for more than one night, will be coming back for sure!

It was a nice stay for the most part. The pool was freezing, though, which ruined it for the kids. We didn't try the lyric restaurant, but the cafe was dissapointing; limited options and expensive. The elevators also took forever and were always full. The room itself was good, but I'm not sure I'd stay again.

Disappointing and over priced
We had high expectations for our stay based off the hotel rating and previous reviews but we were very much disappointed with our experience. I have to say the staff were very polite and helpful. The room size was smaller than expected, just enough room for the two queen beds. Bathroom had enough room for the toilet and shower, no hooks to hang towels or wet swim suits. Our reservation was for 4 people and we had two full size towels, 2 hand towels. Mini fridge was sitting on the floor and not plugged in. (warm inside) Our kids wanted to swim and we were excited to try out either pool. We went to the 8th floor and tried that one. There were no towels and lots of garbage either on the empty tables or the floor. The pool water was COLD and the hot tub was already filled with people so we didn’t have a chance to try that. The kid hour for pool ends at 9 pm and there was a security guard that STRICTLY enforced that time. He didn’t bother with picking up the empty pizza boxes or beer cans though. All in all I usually don’t complain too much, but when you are charged over $320 a night for a room there are certain minimum expectations. I voiced my disappointment to management about all the garbage and they said there were some sporting events in the area and they were busy. Again, I get it but when you are charging a premium price you should at least stock the towels at the pool and have a constant cleaning crew. I would say $150 a night is maximum rate I would pay. Won’t stay again

I understand that it gets busy, but staff were not friendly. I was told I could do an early check in around 130. That did not happen. Then since that couldn’t happen. I asked for a late check out, that was denied. Room outdated. Pools were too cold to enjoy. Small hot tub for the size of hotel.

Staff were fantastic, especially the young man at check in. Didn't catch his name but he was super polite and professional. I love how the property is connected to other buildings and skywalks. Service at the Lyric restaurant was fantastic. The property itself is starting to show it's age and many things weren't clean: phone holder and receiver were sticky, sticky pile of something in bathtub, edge of pool had grime that people wrote in.

Friendly staff, easy to set up rewards program. They had convenient transportation to local attractions, specifically, Bentleyville. Access to 2 pools and one hot tub. The hotel felt very secure and had free ramp parking.

I liked what the description of the property said. The amount we ended up paying was not worth it for us. The hotel was overrun with so many kids-lack of supervision, running up and down halls until 11pm. Overtook TWO pools, we booked this hotel for the proximity to other places and the pools but it was always full of so many kids. Extra cost for breakfast. No microwave, average bath, nothing special TV.

Very out dated rooms. Sheets were not on the bed correctly. Bathroom toilet paper dispenser was in front of the sink. For the price we paid I would expect the room to be not so worn and outdated.
