We spotted duiker, boomslang, baboons, mongoose and lots of colourful birds, butterflies, dragon flies and much more. The hike up the valley is beautiful. "The biggest problem was that they had no record of our reservation which was confirmed and paid for through Expedia 10 days earlier. I did try to confirm with them 4 days prior to arrival as my wife and daughter have not received any instructions regarding check in. No response! It took me 2 hours to try and sort this out - I am in Canada and was texted by my wife at 3:30 am my time. Once this big problem was sorted out , my family was very impressed. BETTER COMMUNICATION WOULD BE WONDERFUL!! "

"Great space in the 2 bedroom apartment we had. The internal doors couldn't close and we had an issue with the shower spilling out cause the drain wasn't flowing well. The restaurant food really needs attention - we had raw chips on both occasions we ordered (burgers & sandwiches) and the steak was woefully overdone with the second being good. Amazing space with great amenities for the whole family."
