"The property was very much work in progress the owner had just finished with unit we stayed in but some of the rooms were low ceilings upper floor made us bump ou heads. The driveway was full of work equipment which meant that our car had to parked in the road. No laundry facilities which was a no no."

"Die geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung ist perfekt für einen Urlaub zu zweit geeignet. Die Ausstattung ist hochwertig, alles vorhanden, um sich wohl zu fühlen. Und wer nicht selbst kochen möchte - im Gasthof isst man ausgezeichnet. Rund um den Ort gibt es viele gut markierte Spazierwege, und die Landschaft ist herrlich. Remo's apartment was perfectly situated, about 45-60 min from Zurich, Lucerne and Bern. "Frau de Caro hat uns mit offenen Armen freundlich empfangen. Alles war bestens vorbereitet. Sie ist eine feinfühlige Gastgeberin. Das Wandergebiet bietet für jeden etwas passendes. "The hotel is very conveniently located, within walking distance to the train station, grocery stores and a discount store. Make sure to walk to Rheinfelden, Switzerland, which is a very nice, underrated town. The breakfast at Hotel Danner was among the best of our 3-week European escapade. The staff at the front desk was excellent, especially the young man whose name I wish I remembered. He gave us very good advice about Basel. I definitely want to go back to Hotel Danner."

The location is amazing - a short walk to the lake, a great walk around the lake, and a fantastic castle/museum just down the road. The only issues we had were: There was no Enlish version for the self-check-in process, so there was a bit of guesswork. This made finding our room a matter of checking all the doors with the access card. The email with the room number only arrived sometime AFTER we found the room. The pillows were far too soft - they did not support my head. And the coffee machine in the lobby did not work. However, I would stay there again - Great location and amenities."
