On the secure ground floor, 2 steps from the beach of Duingt, the bike path and shops everything is close to enjoy with family.
The kitchen is independent of the living room, equipped, 2 bedrooms upstairs, one with a double bed, the other with a trundle bed, a garage is available for your bikes and private parking to park your vehicle. Buses are free in summer to get to Annecy centre from the Duingt church square. Many water activities are on the lake, and many hiking excursions from the house. You will spend unforgettable holidays there, far from the tumult of the city.
