Private: property 400 m2 with lawn and wildlife garden, swimming pool (7 x 3 m, 24 m2, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 04.Apr. - 06.Nov.) with internal staircase. Pergola, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: internet access, washing machine. 650 m long narrow motor access (via unmade road). Parking (for 3 cars) on the premises. Shop 5 km, bus stop 4.4 km, pebble beach 5 km. For private use: traditional tavern. Possibility of buying autochthonous food products (on request, extra).
