New and luxurious Villa Lemona with heated indoor pool with the counter current program, sauna and heated outdoor40sqm private pool offers a very comfortable stay for 10 people, fully air-conditioned with 4 en-suite bedrooms with amazing panoramic sea views and outdoor Jacuzzi for 5 pax. Located only 250 meters from the sandy beach in Duće, the villa is perfectly set with open sea views offering all you need in walking distance, so you can find a minimarket, bakery, a restaurant, and a bar from 150m to 400m from the villa.
The outdoor offers a heated 11m x 3,6m private pool, huge sun deck area with 8 modern deck chairs, covered outdoor dining area with barbecue, and lounge area in front of the living room. Villa is surrounded by Mediterranean aromatic plants and lemon trees. Next to the garage, you have a Jacuzzi for 5 pax with a small sun deck area. On the top of the garage, you have a 40m2 fenced grass plot for playing football and a grass plot for minigolf for your youngest. Next to the parking, you have a small bowling field for having fun.

The ground floor offers a spacious living room with floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors toward pool, TV, free WiFi, PS4, a dining area with a fully equipped kitchen. Spa room with an indoor pool 5m x 2,3m with counter-current swimming program, deck chairs for relaxing, and a sauna next to it.A toilet with a washing machine and a dryer. Bedroom No1 with en-suite bathroom with shower, 200cm x 200cm king-size bed, a sofa bed, a TV, and open sea views.
The first floor offers Master Bedroom No2 with en-suite bathroom with shower, king size bed 200cm x 200cm, TV, a huge terrace with pool and sea views. Bedroom No3 with 2 single beds 100cm x 200cm, sofa bed, TV, en-suite bathroom with shower, and a terrace with mountain and sea views. Bedroom No4 with king-size bed 200cm x 200cm, en-suite bathroom with shower, sofa bed, TV, and a terrace with sea and pool views.
Villa Lemona has located nearby small town Omiš and Cetina river (2,5 km far) that offers many sandy and pebble beaches, activities like rafting, zip-line, canyoning, canoeing, free climbing, hiking, and cycling trails, water activities, and of course a lot of historical attractions in the old part of town. You have the opportunity to take a boat tour on the Cetina river or to the island Brač, a very unspoiled island, and get to know our very clean and warm Adriatic sea that is very inviting. The famous town Split is only a half-hour drive (25km) and is a “must-see” place with great historical attractions and many cute restaurants and bars settled into narrow old streets. Tres belle villa avec vue exceptionnelle

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. La villa est conforme au descriptif. La vue est exceptionnelle et l ensemble des prestations d excellente qualité. On peut aller à pied à la plage, à la supérette et aux restaurants. Le propriétaire est très accueillant et à l écoute.
