Spanning 50 m², the apartment offers space for up to four guests in two bedrooms with double beds. Two bathrooms ensure comfort and privacy, while the open living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen invites you to cook and relax together. Air conditioning, satellite TV, and WiFi provide a modern living experience. Particularly enchanting are the two balconies with a magnificent sea view, where you can enjoy your morning coffee or observe the sunset over the Adriatic in the evening. Pets are welcome, with additional fees applicable.



Only about 100 metres separate you from the fine sandy beach of Duće, which is accessible via a safe pedestrian underpass. Restaurants, cafés and supermarkets are conveniently within walking distance, and the old town of Omis is just one kilometre away. For excursions, you can reach Split in about 20 kilometres.
