My stay at Hotel Cavtat was fantastic. The hotel was spotlessly clean, and the view of the Adriatic Sea was breathtaking. The breakfast, included in the stay, offered a diverse selection of delicious options. I highly recommend Hotel Cavtat for a memorable and enjoyable getaway. It is a 30 minute drive from Old Town Dubrovnik but for the value I'd say it's worth it.

Nice, clean and recently renovated/upgraded property in a lovely scenic location by the waterside. Plenty of eating options. Decent breakfast included, but my room had no tea/coffee making facilities. The staff were friendly and efficient. The airport is close by, but l think you'd need a car for a longer stay in the region. Taxis are very pricey, but there are local municipal buses that can get you around.

I’d highly recommend staying here, this is has honestly been the best holiday I’ve had. Relaxing, the lady managed to get all the knots out of my back. Friendly and accommodating service as soon as you walk through the door. The bus stop is a 2 - 5 minute walk from the hotel to get to the main centre of Dubrovnik, it has local shops & restaurants. Being right by the sea, a lot of cocktail places. The lady who served us at the pool bar too was nothing but helpful. I’d definitely stay here again, the only downfall for me is the fact the pool isn’t heated so definitely recommend in warmer weather and no jacuzzi or sauna. But other than that it was everything I could have asked for.

Lovely hotel with great views
100% worth getting a sea view, we stayed in room 704 and it had an amazing view over the surrounding area. Such a beautiful way to wake up. Balcony was quite small but that cant be helped. Bed was super comfortable, one of the best ive ever stayed in a hotel, and great pillows too. Cavtat is quite a quiet relaxing area. Really close to the airport, less than 10 minutes.

The hotel is comfortable and has many amenities, i.e., pool, spa, bar, restaurant. It is walkable to many cafes and restaurants along harbor. It only has one small elevator and it’s slow.

Originally I looked for a hotel in the old town of Dubrovnik but most places were full and the others were €500 a night. I just knew that Cavtat was close to the airport and an incredibly beautiful location. Their dining room looks over the Adriatic and they have a restaurant on the lower level that looks out over the same place only 20 minutes to Dubrovnik in a much more beautiful place to stay. Breakfast buffet is probably one of the most beautiful views I’ve ever seen in all of Europe. I stay here for four nights and never ate in another restaurant, other than the hotel . Most definitely a five star hotel. I would stay here again and probably will great location. Also if you’re going to go to Montenegro, they pick you up 300 m from the hotel and you can also take a boat from there to Dubrovnik 45 minutes €15 Uber was $50 to the old town, which I thought was expensive, but they have bus transportation that rides continuously I just one of the convenience of private car. My first time to the Balkans, and it was a great star!!!!

Hotel Cavtat is very close to Dubrovnik airport, but also within walking distance of the charming Old Town of Cavtat, where gardens, historic buildings and many restaurants line the shore of the Adriatic Sea. The rooftop pool overlooks the harbour, and we especially appreciated a box breakfast for our early departure to catch a flight.

I only stayed at this hotel for one night and was just there for a short while (I arrived at 10 pm and checked out at 5 am the next day. I chose this hotel primarily for its proximity to the airport. The hotel was only a short 10 minute drive from the airport. It was clean and quiet. The dining room was already closed when I arrived, but there were other restaurants open just a short walk away. It was the perfect location for my short stay.

Beautiful rooms. The one we had was very small but brand newly renovated and super clean. If you want a bigger and better room go for a sea view. Great breakfast and a lonely sea view patio for all to use. Close to the town Center with lots of restaurants nearby.

Only complaints are not enough sunbeds by the pool for the size of hotel… and lack of tea/coffee making facilities as promised by Expedia

Fantastic location, modern, clean and great breakfast. My room, with 2 twin beds pushed together, was small. So was the bathroom! This spoilt what is a lovely hotel. Also, whilst the staff are friendly, they did not offer to make any suggestions re the local area, trips, kayaking, etc. I arrived 2hrs before the checkin time and was told straight away to come back in 2 hrs. No attempt was made to even see if my room was ready!? Also, the check out time is 10am…why so early??

Hotel is many levels. The lowest level had easy access to town and sea. Breakfast was excellent. Rooms are updated, clean, beds are comfortable but room was small - actually tiny. Hardly any room to move around. The pool lounge chair filled up fast. Pool was refreshing. Great stay, would recommend.

A lovely surprise in Cavtat!
A lovely surprise for our short stay in Cavtat. Newly renovated, the hotel is sparkling clean, friendly staff, and perfectly located on the waterfront where you can easily walk to a bunch of cafes, the marina, walk around the entire shoreline, or simply jump into the water right across the tiny street. Just 5-7 minutes to the Dubrovnik airport and a really expansive and delicious breakfast included. Exceeded our expectations for sure!

No coffee avail in rooms or before 10am! So if you leave early am, (which we had to) you have to get else where and nothing is close by! Plus it’s over Priced for place/ value. Small rooms, not impress.
