Room is located in central area of the city. This is our guests' favorite part of Dubrovnik, according to independent reviews. It has good connectivity with Old Town, bus no 4 drives directly to the Pile Gate entrance to the Old City.Room has 2 beds (one single and one double), with sea view also has TV, air condition, WiFi and refrigerator. It also has access to the terrace and private bathroom.Guests have access to prking free of charge in front of villa.

The villa is located higher up Vojnović street. It is a street full of cafes and restaurants, close to Bellevue beach.It is a perfect location considering that it is well connected to all parts of the city - 10 minutes by bus to Lapad in one direction, and the old town in the other direction.Lapad is part of Dubrovnik (actually the peninsula) situated just a few kilometers away from Old Town. The connection with an Old Town is very good and the bus goes very frequently. It is a relatively new part of Dubrovnik compared to the history of the Old town. In the past, it was the residence of local merchants and nobility, but now it is becoming the largest residential part of Dubrovnik.Lapad, the area with lots of good restaurants, places to stay, pedestrian areas, and beautiful beaches with magnificent sunsets is one of the favorite parts of Dubrovnik.As a UNESCO World Heritage Site, Old Town Dubrovnik offers a range of activities and attractions that ensure an unforgettable stay. It also offers many historical sights and the best restaurants, bars and beaches in Dubrovnik.

Good visit to Dubrovnik

Villa was in a great location to catch the bus to other parts of the city. It has great sea views. The property felt safe and was very clean. They offered a clean communal kitchen and lent beach towels, which were added perks. Hosts were quick to answer messages and to provide advice on attractions and restaurants. Good view of city and areas outside of Old town

Great spot overlooking the city. The owner met us himself and recommended some restaurants and places to visit which we did end up going to. Good facilities and we had a little balcony which was nice and a shared kitchen with other guests. A little bit further from town, but we didn’t mind just walking everywhere. If you want to be spending all of your days inside the old town, this might be a bit far but our accommodation distance meant we got to explore other areas of Dubrovnik as well

If I came back to Dubrovnik I would come back to Villa Kate.

Niksa and Toni were very helpful with guidance about swimming and restaurants. Niksa got us to the airport without a hitch. Having a deck to relax on was pleasant before dinner, at the end of the day.

Great experience and I will gladly come back

The room was comfortable and had everything you need even a mini fridge. AC was also there interview from the window was really nice. They also was a terrace, and the staff was also very friendly. They also offered towels for the beach. I was greeted with a nice welcome and a cold beer. He also gave me some advice regarding restaurants when I asked him about it. Double windows were also really nice. Price was also reasonable but not cheap.

Great place in Dubrovnik

The Host and his family are great. Very welcoming and always ready to help. The terrace is amazing. It has a great view and it’s possible to use it at any time. The location is also great: 5min away from the first beach, surrounded by superrmarkets, ATMs or whatever is needed.
