This charming studio apartment with balcony and sea view is located above the beautiful Uvala Lapad bay, 3 kilometers from the Old Town, approx 15 minutes by bus. A bus stop for number 4 bus is within a few minute walking distance.

The sea and a nice seaside walking pathway that leads to many beautiful beaches around entire Lapad peninsula are on a few minute walking distance. Petka wood natural reserve is above the house. It is ideal for jogging, nice long walks and from there you have some stunning views of the Dubrovnik riviera.

Both supermarket and bakery are only 160 m away, Uvala Lapad Beach is 250 m away (sand and small pebble) and new, modern 3D cinema with 3 halls is 200 m from the apartment.

Apartment Julia is equipped with Air conditioning, Wireless Internet access, SAT TV, full kitchen with dishwasher, mycrowave, toaster, kettle and coffee maker. In the bathroom there is washing machine and hair dryer. Both iron and ironing board are in the apartment.

The apartment is not suitable for people with walking difficulties. There are 160 steps leading down to the Bay of Lapad. It is also reachable by another, longer road above with no stairs to the entrance gate.
