Perfect location

This beautiful property is located in the best area of old town Dubrovnik. It is close to everything! The apartment at south is on the third floor and has a nice small balcony which overlooks tiled rooftops. The apartment is very well appointed and comfortable.

Excellent location and comfortable apartment

An ideally placed property with walking access to all sights and restaurants. Check in is easy and reception are easy to contact if needed. Apartment is very comfortable and well equipped. Lots of stairs so only suitable for able bodied guests but this was clear from the information.

Old town Dubrovnic

This 2 story apartment was in a great location, not far from Pile Gate. Although 70 stairs to enter the apartment it was worth it. Loved sitting on the little balcony above the roof tops…fits two small chairs. The management staff were excellent and very responsive when I requested an extra pillow and blanket. Quiet at night. Highly recommend.

Lovely apartment provided you can climb a LOT of stairs...

Lovely apartment but the washing machine was faulty and our clothes were stuck inside. I had to keep badgering Hedera Estates and finally resorted to solving the problem myself as nothing was being done. Great apartment, well equipped. Just the poor service let it down and we won't return.

Served it purpose staying inside the walls

The apartment has everything needed for a short stay. The unit is up 3 double flights of stairs but lots of walking is expected when visitng old town Dubrovnik. In the bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen, there are height issues for anyone taller than 6 feet. Its workable, but you will bump into things or be hunched over. The apartment could provide more pillows and nicer bed linens to enhance the comfort but the basics are provided. Bring your own toiletries and laundry detergent. Minimal storage available so recommend for short stays.
