"Du-Art" Stylish and Cozy Apartment with Magnificent sea view

  • Apartment "Du-Art" is located in quiet part of Dubrovnik center called Gorica St.Blaise at the edge of nature park Petka facing Adriatic sea. Apartment is new build and completed in March 2019.
    UNESCO-protected Old Town, Walls of Dubrovnik as well as a Dubrovnik Cable Car are located in walking distance (15 min).

    Space is composed of a living room with dining area and feature fully equipped kitchen. Each bedroom is air-conditioned with black-out curtains and windows. A flat-screen UHD Smart TV is offered in every room along with free WiFi. Accommodation have a sunny and south oriented balcony featuring a beautiful sea view. Entrance to facilities is key-less using pass-code or card. The property has secured parking space in garage.
