Nice small hotel with excellent service

Very pleasant stay at Villa Wolff. We had two suites for four people, so plenty of room. Service was friendly and excellent. There are quite long stairs to floor with reception and room, but the location is otherwise good, close to nice beach and bus stop. The air conditioning worked well, even the temperature was over 30C. Breakfast was pretty basic, but selection of menu items (eggs, bacon, omelets etc.) were nice addition. Suberb restaurant downstairs, bit pricey though. Good selection of more reasonably priced restaurants in the neighborhood within 5 minutes walk.

Pluta för mysigt hotell med perfekt utsikt och läge samt trevlig personal och god frukost. Observera dock det är är beläget på en strandpromenad där bilar ej får köra inom en radie på 700 m samt att det är 60 trappsteg upp till hotellet från strandpromenaden. Blev en otrevlig överraskning för mig med ryggproblem vid ankomst. Även rätt slitna rum med fläckar på heltäckningsmatta och avskavt trä på möbler. Möblerna är dock funktionella och sängen skön.

Utmerket beliggenhet, skuffende renhold!

Jeg kan begynne med det som var bra! Personalet i resepsjonen/frokosten var svært hyggelige og serviceinnstilt. Hotellets beliggenhet var super. Rene håndklær på rommet daglig. MEN hotellet har mange forbedringspunkter. Renhold på rom var omtrent fraværende. Dusjen hadde gammelt belegg i fugene på flisene og bar tydelig preg av dårlig renhold over tid. Gulvet på badet ble ikke vasket på den uken vi var der. Det ble heller ikke skiftet sengetøy i løpet av den uken vi var der. Airconditionen var sikkert fra 80-tallet og bråkte noe fryktelig. Burde vært skiftet for mange år siden. Det var mulig å bestille egg, bacon og omelett til frokost, veldig bra! Det andre på «buffeten» var enkelt. Ikke noe ferskt pålegg eller grønnsaker. Kun syltetøy og smøreost i engangspakker. Min vurdering er at dette hotellet langt fra svarer til de 4 stjernene som er oppgitt. Tenker maks 3.

Ein kleines stressfreies Hotel.Bei der Ankunft würden uns sofort unsere Koffer in die Zimmer getragen.Wir hatten einen Balkon mit einer herrlichen Aussicht in die Bucht.Viel Platz und in dem Bett könnte man sehr gut schlafen.Da es in der Fussgängermaile liegt ist nachts himmlische Ruhe.Im Bad hat auf der Wann leider die Abtrennung gefehlt so das es beim Duschen immer überall nass wurde.Leider hat auch ein Safe im Zimmer gefehlt.Beim Frühstück könnte man sich aus einer Karte leckere Sonderwünsche zubereiten lassen,top👍würde es wieder buchen da man sich nicht als Massenabfertigung fühlt.

We very much enjoyed our time in Villa Wolff. The staff were exceptional, nothing was too much trouble . The room was basic but clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was really good and plentiful. The location was in my opinion really good, it was very near the beach and being pedestrianised it was pleasant to walk up the street looking for different places to eat. It was convenient for the bus to travel to Dubrovnik and not far too walk to the port.. Despite being close to everything it was also very peaceful and had a lovely terrace to sit and have a welcome beer.

Never recommend to anyone - worn out

Old and tied sums up the Hotel. Staff are worn out just like the building . No lift was mentioned in add but four flight of external stairs was Definitely not. Carrying suitcases up these was ridiculous. Hotel runs by a few names so check all reviews under all names before committing to this villa . Boutique hotel - Bathroom old and gritty towels weee threadbear. Quality of breakfast was appalling Quality of tea and coffee a disgrace .

Meillä oli niin ihana loma. Hotellin henkilökunta oli niin ystävällistä ja auttavaista, sängyt mukavat, tilat siistit ja maisemat henkeäsalpaavat! Auringonottoterassi on valtava ja rantapyyhkeet hotellinpuolesta. Aamiainen on taivaallinen, munakkaat tehdään toiveidesi mukaan. Hedelmiä on paljon ja kaikkea muutakin. Joka päivä tuoreita hedelmiä tuotiin hotellihuoneeseemme, huonepalvelu ja puhtaat pyyhkeet joka päivä. Ihanuus alkoi jo lentokentältä, kun aurinkoinen ihana hotellin järjestämä kyyti nouti meidät ja palautti myös paluussa :) Hotelli on huikaisevan kauniilla paikalla, rauhallinen sijainti sekä hotelli.

A bit of the old world with the best views

We enjoyed 3 nights at this comfortable hotel. The breakfasts were good including a cooked option which saw us through the day. The location of the hotel is fabulous! It was just what we wanted to come back to at the end of the day and we enjoyed glorious, tranquil views while eating breakfast each morning. The staff were friendly and helpful when asked for something. No kettle in the room though which may have been nice to have. I would go back for another stay.

Nice little Hotel close to the beach

We have only good things to say. about this little hotel It is an extraordinary nice place to stay if you like to stay near Dubrovnik. It is much better to stay a bit outside as the town itself as is crowded and has steep stairs most everywhere in many streets and allys The only drawback is perhaps the long stairs up to the entrance of our hotel. The staff is however very helpful and will help if you tell tell the people in the fine restaurant on the bottomfloor that you have arrived. The hotel is practically situated on the water so close is it. There's a promenade that goes all along the shore just outside and the beach is just outside with fantastic clear blue water and you have a wonderful view from the terrace where you have your breakfast.

Wonderful Villa Wolff

So highly recommended . Gorgeous terrace for relaxing and having breakfast . Very clean Villa full of character and in a superb position at Lapad . I would come back and have no hesitation to recommend it .
