If you want a prime location in Dubrovnik Old Town then this apartment should be top of your list. It is spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated, comfortable and has everything you could need. Easy to find, pop in your access code and your in a real home from home. You could self cater in the apartment but I just popped downstairs to the main street Stradun in the morning for breakfast at whichever cafe took my fancy. You really are in a perfect location. Having read the negative reviews for this property I must say I found them totally unfounded. The replies by the owner Stella to these reviews did make me smile 😀. This is a lovely property and I would highly recommend it. Thank you Stella for a great holiday

Great location - right in the middle of Dubrovnik Old City. Close to all the points of interest. Stella, who runs the place was very helpful and quickly got our room ready for us, even thought we arrived early in the morning. She arranged a car to take us to the airport at 3:45 AM and the driver arrived right on time. Like much of the accommodation in the city, there is not a 24 hour front desk and there are stairs to climb, but none of that caused a problem for us.

El precio medio de una noche oscila los 120 o 130 euros. La ubicación es lo único que tiene bueno. La habitación estaba sucia. No cumple las condiciones mínimas de higiene. La limpieza debería ser un aspecto esencial. Se nota que no limpian las habitaciones: hay polvo en el suelo, el lavabo con pelos de otros huéspedes, suciedad en las paredes del lavabo, sábanas manchadas. Da asco dormir y ducharse ahí. Nos sentimos estafados. NO RECOMIENDO

Art House абсолютно топовое место в городе. Мы наблюдали заключительный концерт летнего фестиваля прямо из окна бесплатно. Есть масса достоинств в аппартаментах и есть очень досадные изъяны. Контакт с хостом очень адекватный, было разрешено оставить багаж, правда вне комнаты, до вечера, что очень помогло нам. Надо учесть крутую лестницу, которая кажется не мылась с момента строительства объекта. Занавеска в душевой в том же состоянии: содрогались от одной мысли до неё дотронуться. Жаль что и металлические части кровати были пыльными. Но в целом -Кайф!

We stayed three nights in July 2019. The location is perfect, within the city walls with minimal steps. very convenient and not a long walk from Ploce gate. The property also had a washing machine (loft) which was really handy to us as we were sweaty in summer. Stella (the owner) was really friendly and responsive. She even gave us washing powder so we didn’t need to buy a big box! Overall an amazing experience and we would love to be back at this property next time we are in Dubrovnik.

So much potential

Very helpful from originally booking the Accommodation in January and answered all further questions I had on the immediate build up to the holiday which made the experience easy. Unfortunately on arrival after a long 12 hr travel and waiting around to get in to the accommodation at check-in, we were greeted to a very cold shower and after half an hour of still no heat we contacted the number provided, to be told this was "Impossible". Not the reaction you expect in the particularly warm heat and a long journey, why would I lie? Shortly after this conversation the Electric heater did manage to get to temperature after nearly an hour and we were able to have a hot shower. Much Later that evening whilst we were out the lady looking after the apartments sent me an email saying she had been in a checked and there was hot water. (3-4 hours later.) All in all the appatlrments was ideally placed in the middle of the old town and there was so much to do with relative ease. It's a shame on the service provided an as there are so many apartments street after street, it's unlikely we would stay at the Art house in the future, when there is so much choice and the attitude towards co acting the host on the one down side we came across.

Great location, not a hotel, but fun place to be

An excellent location to see Dubrovnik but this is essentially a self-directed accommodation, an Air B and B apartment, I was expecting a hotel but it was not and there were two long flights of stairs up to the room and codes sent by email to enter your room on your own. Our hostess was great, responsive when needed, But If you do not want or desire hotel service (beds made daily, new towels, etc) then this place is for you Do not bring large luggage bags(unless you are very strong and in good shape as you have to walk from the taxi stands up to the accommodation). You will have a number of stairs to climb. And bring the codes written on a paper or in your I phone because you will not get into your room without them.

Great little bohemian apartment right in the middle of the old town. We were serenaded by an orchestra one night and local band the next - but with the windows closed could block them out. There are 3 flights of stairs to the top (best!) apartment, so take care if you have heavy cases, but you’re rewarded by a great little view out to the main street. Good instructions from the owner, and organised us a very entertaining driver from the airport. Recommended!

Great location. Tiny room. Yes it had a hot plate and kettle but was all in one room only a little bigger than the beds. Drank coffee sitting on the beds and had snack there as well. Small so tricky but coffee maker would be good. Old town building all the same with not a lot of window and no balcony. Host was very friendly.

Amazing location - we loved this property, in the middle of all the hustle and bustle but also felt so private. Loved having a kitchenette which made it so easy to sort out own breakfast in the morning. Also an easy place to go back to whilst out and about in the old town. Stella was also lovely and really helpful. Would highly recommend.

Great location

The property is on the main square in Dubrovnik so perfect for getting around but obviously can be a little noisy at night. The room, it is not an apartment is quite small but to be expected in such a central location and does need some updating. Stella the owner was amazingly helpful with advice.
