Location is great

Location is great, just in heart of the Cavcat. Owners were kind and happy to have us. Room/home was spacious and comfortable. Easy transportation link nearby to go to Dubrovnik. If you are looking for a quiet and peaceful accomodation near Dubrovnik, you are reading the right comment.

The best thing about the unit is the deck with its view. The unit was very dated but functional.

Lovely place with a lovely view

Amazing stay. The couple who ran the place are so sweet and very accommodating, we arrived early and they allowed us to leave the bags and even left them in the room for us. The place is very unassuming, but was blown away by the view. It's a little complicated to find it and got a little confused finding my room but after the first time it's easy to adjust. The location is perfect right in the middle of everything yet very quiet. The room was perfect size and had everything we needed, don't expect 5 stars but what it lacks in that it makes up in charm, it even had a balcony with a stunning view. We really loved our stay and hopefully can come back one day. Highly recommend this place

If you just need a place to sleep

Not clean, parking instructions should be updated, not like the pictures. Could be difficult to climb the stairs. But it’s the nicest couple running the place. They really are service people and very kind. Google translate will be of great help if you don’t speak croatian

It's not luxurious accommodation but I had everything I needed for a 2 night stay. My flight got cancelled so I needed a place to stay asap. The room and bathroom were a bit outdated but clean and equipped with everything you might need (maybe just the fridge door handle would do with a wipe lol). The hosts didn't speak much English but were very kind and helpful. The location was great. You can walk everywhere in Cavtat. Also,the view from the balcony was amazing. The wi fi was the strongest on the balcony so I ended up working there:)

Rooms are nice and clean, apartment is a bit dated. Beds very comfortable and ample space. Walking distance to everything. The only challenge is communication. Owners are lovely and try very hard but speak only Croatian. They use a booking company that speaks English but whenever you call, there is a wait and as they manage many properties you have to give your reservation details every time you call and you will call! It’s very hard to find as you don’t get the exact address. They had to contact owners to get that for me once I arrived in town and owner did not answer so I just had to wait and wait and wait. I also tried calling on my own with no luck. When I finally got through, we could not understand each other so I had to initiate 3-way call and start from the beginning with my reservation number. Frustrating after a long flight and confusion with parking all in the dark When I finally found the place owner gave me an apartment when I actually booked a room. 10 minutes later he knocked on my door and said wrong room but stay, no extra charge. I offered to change rooms. He said stay. Next day other people arrived who were also frustrated with arrival who had booked apartment and they asked me to move in my the middle of the day and did give me a choice of rooms which were all nice. Now that I know where the place is located, I would stay again, quiet with lovely views of marina. Pack patience and employ a sense of adventure however for your arrival.

Great location

Very kind host. The hotel is close to the airport and to the water front. It’s a perfect place to stay. We were only there for a bit between flights but everything was wonderful. We wish we could have stayed longer.

Lovely little apartment in a fantastic pedestrianised area with easy parking and all amenities a short walk. The owners are lovely and really helpful and regularly came and cleaned, emptied bins and changed towels which was unexpected.

Hosts are lovely, easy to find, comfortable bed, and the french door to balcony with an amazing view is fantastic. Perfect location with easy walk around the spit of land even at night and excellent fish at restaurant within walking distance. Only suggestion is to have coffee/tea maker.

Great place, great town

Great place, and Cavtat is just top notch when you’ve spent time in hectic Split and Dubrovnik. Room had good view, with A/C and clean. Remember to being your own soap. Close to main street and bus station. Quiet and safe. Was difficult to find entrance, google maps only showed the building, not to access it. Good value for money.

The room is in a great location with a variety of dining option near by. There were zero toiletries (hand soap, shampoo, etc.) and the room is small but perfect for what we needed… a comfortable bed, AC, and a nice shower. We had a car so we drove to Dubrovnik. The room is part of a house as they rent other rooms as well. It was a but confusing finding the place and check-in is with the hosts who live in the apartment/room in the first floor. Once they saw us, they welcomed us… no issues at all! PS: Thank God for the AC… it was very hot!

Veldig grei beliggenhet, med gangavstand til alt, stille og rolig. Vanskelig å finne, bruk adressen, ikke navnet på overnattingsstedet. Rommet var veldig lite, glad vi ikke hadde store kofferter, ikke skapplass eller hyller til å sette fra seg ting. Kjøleskap, aircondition og en liten veranda, samt greie senger. Fikk ha rommet til kl.15 avreisedagen.

The apartment is in a great location, close to all the restaurants and shops. We had a room with a small balcony (not the one that was shown in the picture) but view was great. There is parking included, but you have to talk to the owner first in order to let you go through the public parking. That was not very easy for us, since the owner does not speak English and we do not know the local language. Afterall, we found the property and its parking through by using the help of the agency. We were also surprised that there was not even hand soap in the bathroom. However, the owner brought us one after we expressed our need for hand soap.

Sehr nette und umsichtige Betreuung durch die Inhaber(?). Hier gibt es nichts zu bemängeln. Das Zimmer ist sauber doch sehr klein. Für einen Sommerurlaub zu ertragen, da man zumeist draußen ist. Die Aussicht vom Balkon traumhaft. Trotz Nähe des Flughafens erträglicher Lärm. Alles in allem empfehlenswerte Unterkunft.
