This is a comfortable 1-bedroom apartment located in Mokošica, a peaceful suburb of Dubrovnik located only 20 minutes’ driving from the Old Town.



The apartment consists of one bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower and an open space kitchen with a dining table and living room. The kitchenette is equipped with a stovetop, fridge, kettle and toaster. Amenities include: flat screen SAT TV, free WiFi, AC and a private bathroom with shower. The large shared terrace located one deck below is equipped with an outside dining table, BBQ and sun loungers. The apartment can be combined with the next door apartments Mondo S1, Mondo A3, Mondo room 1 to accommodate up to 8 guests. Next to the terrace, guests can find a communal laundry room which is at their disposal.



The nearest beach is Lozica, located approximately 2 kilometers away from the property. There is a restaurant serving local and international specialties 2 km away. A local pizzeria is just 200 meters away from the apartment. A bar and a bakery can be found just a few steps away. Bus station and ferry port can be found 8 km away, while the local bus stop just 30 m away. Free private parking is available, reservation is needed.

* In response to the recent spread of COVID-19 we have implemented new procedures for cleaning and disinfection. Safety of our guests, their families and our staff is important to us. In order to prevent the spread of disease our staff is measuring body temperature on a daily basis even if they feel well , we also encourage our guests to do the same.

All surfaces with which the guest came into contact with (nightstand, table, chair, coffee table, any and all furniture, amenities, telephone, remote control, door handles  etc.), are cleaned with a suitable detergent and disinfectant with at least 70% alcohol. Special attention is given to the cleaning of all bathroom surfaces before new guests arrive. 

In order to avoid any unnecessary contact, bed linen and towel will be changed only on arrival/departure, for longer stays, sufficient towels and linen will be left in the property.

This property features self check in via key lock box. You will receive your code on check in day at 15:00, or earlier in case apartment has been cleaned before. We kindly ask you to provide us with your approximate arrival time so we can prepare apartment for you on time. In case you arrive in Dubrovnik before 15:00 and your accommodation is not ready yet feel free to leave your luggage at our reception, located at Ivana Matijaševića 14 street while exploring the town or enjoying your lunch at one of the nearby restaurants. As soon as the property is ready we will contact you.
In order to receive your entrance code it is important that you fill out our PreCheck-in form which will be sent to you automatically several times before your arrival.
