The staff were delightful and very helpful. The food at breakfast and in the bar restaurant was excellent. However, there is no air conditioning in the rooms and the bed is too small for two people and uncomfortable. There are also some quirks such as no shared plates in the restaurant and no cider in the bar. The location is excellent being close to O'Connell Street and a short walk to Big Bus, the Liffey, plenty of eateries and museums.

Beautiful hotel with absolutely amazing staff. The room was immaculately clean & comfortable. The included breakfast included cold treats and a full hot menu. The pub / dining room was perfect with a wonderful menu and the food was incredible in flavour & portion size. Above all, every staff member went above and beyond. Highly recommend.

The receptionist who served us was really helpful friendly and courteous. It was an older Italian receptionist. She was really lovely to deal with. The restaurant staff for breakfast, bar and carverywas very professional and friendly. Always willing to help. Will be back again.
