The hotel is unmanned and you need a passcode to enter into the lock on the front door to get in. I had a lot of trouble getting as the number on the website was wrong. Even once I got in I could not figure out how to lock my door from the outside. I was quite afraid of leaving my stuff there in an unlocked room so I stayed in my room for most of one day and then just gave in for the rest of the trip! The cleaning lady asked me to pay for my room in cash, which I found weird! I thought I had paid online but I called and was informed it had not been processed online! But I didn't have that much cash and even if I did, I would not feel comfortable just giving it to the cleaning lady! Ultimately, I called before I left on my last day to see what was happening, they said they processed it online.

Télévision qui ne marche pas ! Chaudière dans le placard de la chambre qui se met en route toute la nuit ! Ventilation non raccordée ! Aucune insonorisation, pas et voix du voisin du dessus ! Serrure porte entrée extérieure HS ! Propreté ok Personnel ok Cela ne vaut pas le prix de la nuit.

Dungeon, nothing like the pics

Very disappointed, the was like a dungeon, hardly any light, dirty carpets and scary looking mold in the shower, yes i realize that its only 70€ a night, but on pics it looked at least decent. Beware if the cleaning fees payable on arrival. Had to call the local # to get someone to meet me, then the guy accused me for not prepaying my room (option was not available online for some reason), i actually considered leaving, but stayed because of location which was not too far from the centre.

Volvería.

El edificio está en una zona tranquila y muy buena con todo tipo de servicios al alcance, Rathmines. Ir caminando al centro es muy agradable. Comparado con otros lugares en los que he estado la limpieza es buena y el personal muy atento. He pasado allí un mes y repetiría.

Extremely poor.

Entry into the apartment was nerve racking. Tel# left or door with no indication it was a tel# . hard to know it was a tel#. it was a local Dublin tel # could not call form my cell phone also. Lucky a pass by gave us his phone to call so we managed to call the Local tel #. Room was smelly. Towels not changed during the entire 4 days of stay no soap was provided. Sofa very uncomfortable to sit no moving space what so every. Location very bad nothing around.

dans la moyenne ,sans plus

pas si près de Dublin que ça, 1/2 h de marche ou un bus, personne à l'accueil, il faut impérativement avoir son téléphone chargé quand on arrive..j'ai eu droit à un appart en sous sol. propreté honnête .Il faut marcher 5 à 10 min pour trouver un commerce.mais au moins c'est calme.

Très tres décevant

Mauvaise literie, très très sombre. Aucun endroit pour s'asseoir et se reposer. L'appartement ne correspond absolument pas aux photos. L'intérieur est délabré.

Accoglienza inesistente

Abbiamo alloggiato per 3 notti in questo appartamento. Al nostro arrivo non ci ha accolti nessuno poiché all'ingresso c'era un cartello dove c'era scritto che per fare il check in bisognava contattare il numero di telefono o telefonando o via what'up. L'appartamento era spazioso e pulito, con cucina annessa. La sera quando rientravamo in camera trovavamo solo la spazzatura svuotata, le tovaglie non sono state mai cambiate. Check out inesistente: pur avendo ricontattato il numero non ci ha mai risposto, quindi abbiamo lasciato le chiavi sul tavolo come al nostro arrivo. Il letto comodo. La distanza dal centro è di 30 minuti a piedi.

Convenient if visiting Our Ladies Hospital Harold

Great location if visiting Our Ladies Hospital Harold Cross and only 5 minutes to walk to Rathmines many eateries .No 16 or 9 takes you into city centre and only takes 20 minutes

Lovely Hotel for a low price!

It was a very nice stay! The only complaint I would have is that we were in the basement and people were walking by our windows which was a little strange. Also, my friend had some trouble with the wifi. Other than that it was lovely!

Nothing as advertised. Rooms dirty and smelly.

Terrible. Felt cheated and taken advantage of. The place was so bad we had to go someplace else. This experience was awful.

Es war schlicht und einfach von der Ausstattung. Wir hatten die ersten Rage ein paar Probleme mit dem WLAN, was aber gelöst werden konnte. Die Lage ist gut. Man hat alles in Laufweite in der Nähe, nur zum Zentrum muss man den Bus nehmen, da es zum laufen schon weit ist. Das Apartment war sauber.

Clean and quiet in a good location.

The apartments are nice and clean, aswell as very quiet. It's only a short walk from Rathmines high street, with great transport links into city centre. It is within walking distance of city centre but there are buses running frequently if you don't want to walk. The bed was very comfy however there was no tv in the room or a kettle and we had to boil water in a pan every time we wanted a cup of tea. We only saw staff members on arrival, after that we where left to it. I would stay here again but i would be more prepared for no tv in the room.
