Fantastic Luxury Apartment located right beside the river at the Ha'Penny Bridge, Serenity in the City, Close to everything, yet so peaceful, have a great nights sleep and still be 5 minutes from Temple Bar.
Top spec apartment recently remodeled, new kitchen, bathroom and all new furniture and appliances. Flexible check in times for early flight arrivals.

Fantastic ground floor, Two bedroom, One bathroom apartment.
Direct access to the fabulous interior gardens.
The apartment is right in the center of the city, yet you will be amazed at how peaceful and tranquil the apartment and the interior gardens are. Enjoy your morning coffee in the garden.
The apartment complex was built in 1995, they saved the Victorian facades of all the old buildings on the river quays and built modern apartments behind.
This apartment is decorated and furnished to a five star standard, and you will love staying here.
Hundreds of restaurants, bars and stores are all directly outside the apartment, small supermarket on the corner of the complex and Tesco, Marks & Spencer’s are 5 minutes away
Getting Around:
Bus stops and the Luas (Trams) are all right outside the apartment.
The airport bus stop 3 minute walk.
A great way to see Dublin is on a Bike!!
Dublin Bikes station 5 minutes away on Strand Street, Bikes are really cheap and you can drop them off at any Dublin Bikes location in the city, only 50 cents for 30 mins.
You can also rent a car by the hour or by the day with GO CAR, there is GO CAR location close by.

Other Things to Note:
Two bedrooms: King bed in master bedroom and two Bunk beds in the second bedroom. PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOU ARE ALL OKAY WITH THE SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS, ONE KING SIZE BED AND TWO BUNK BEDS, I AM 6.1 ft (185m) TALL AND I HAVE SLEPT IN THE BUNK BEDS AND THEY ARE COMFORTABLE.

Great place

We had a great time staying in this fantastic location. It was exactly as described and Paul was very quick and clear with communicating. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone staying in Dublin

Great location and so clean!

The apartment was the best-equippes I've stayed in and absolutely spotless. Location is within east walking distance of many cool spots and getting a car is easy. The host is wonderful - would definitely book again!

Excellent property and location

We loved the property, the location and the communication. The property was just as pictured and very clean. The location was right in the center of where you what to be in Dublin. The complex was secure and people were very friendly. Paul and his team were very communicative and helpful.

Close and quiet

The apartment was convenient to bustling central Dublin but feels quiet and secluded. It was clean and comfortable. It is a good place to layover to be able to enjoy the sights and sounds of Dublin with a vast assortment of places to eat, drink and shop nearby. We especially enjoyed hopping on the DART train to beautiful Howth as a side trip.

Amazing Location

When staying in cities, our experience has been location is everything, and this apartment is in an ideal spot. It is a fairly compact space with tight bedroom, but there is good storage in the rooms and the setting in the complex is peaceful and secure. In short, the apartment had everything we needed. Plus, we were able to park our car at no additional charge! Walk out of the complex and you're at the Ha'penny bridge, and we had easy walks to Trinity, Guinness, Jameson, Temple Bar, etc. There is a lot of shopping is very nearby. Paul was a very helpful host. Would definitely stay again.

Dublin Fun at this Dublin Apartment!

First of all, Paul, the owner was very thorough in his directions getting you to the apartment. The apartment was modern in design, clean and quiet. Once you went through the first door from the city to get to the apartment, it was like you entered the quiet realm of Dublin. The location was perfect for our stay and in getting to all the sites we wanted to see. It is right near Ha' Penny Bridge and Temple Bar which is loaded with shopping and great restaurants and bars. We did have an issue with the clothes washer, but Paul's property managers were very quick to fix it. All in all, we had a great time staying here and would rent it again if we were ever in Dublin again.

Top Lage zur Innenstadt. Allerdings damit auch verbunden nur ein teures Parkhaus in der Nähe. Die Schlafräume waren insgesamt zu klein. Man konnte dort kaum seine Koffer öffnen.

The best communication from a host we've ever had. We felt very well-prepared to check in and Paul provided a lot of information and recommendations in the area. The apartment is in an amazing location and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. As Americans, we appreciated the separate clothes dryer and the detailed instructions on usage. The apartment was very clean and comfortable.

Perfect location

The apartment is very neat and clean. Nicely decorated and just right for myself and my granddaughter. We spent a week in Dublin and this apartment was perfect. Instructions for Check in and getting the keys is easy to follow. The courtyard is nice. The location is perfect and we were able to walk everywhere.

We only actually stayed 1 night, but the location for 1 night in Dublin was great! We spent little time in the apartment, but the space and beds were great. If I was back in Dublin I would book again.

The location on the River Liffey on Bachelor’s Walk made it perfect for walking and easily catching public transport if needed. The beds were extremely comfortable and possibly because we were there in February, the apartment was remarkably quiet. The kitchen was well equipped. We could not have asked for a better rental!!!

We loved our stay at Paul’s apartment on Bachelor’s Walk. Video gave all info needed for an easy check in. Enjoyed our walks to Trinity College, St Patrick’s Cathedral, Guinness Warehouse and lunch at Davy Bryne’s Pub. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Location

Great Location and good price! Smells like smoke and is humid, but to be fair a lot of places smell like smoke in Dublin. It will only fit 4 people, so don't try and fit more. The check in process is confusing and there are 5 doors to go through to get to the place. It doesn't feel completely safe at night. There was a loud alarm sound that went off for 2 days that we told the manager about but wasn't taken care of. It got in the way of my son's sleeping but if we closed the front door and our bedroom doors we couldn't hear it too much. Still, it was unfortunate that it wasn't dealt with sooner. I don't know if I would stay there again, but it has everything you need to stay for a few days and the location is unbeatable. It is close to and with in walking distance of just about everything that you want to see in Dublin.

Great Spot in Dublin

Our stay in Dublin was fantastic! This flat was centrally located with easy walking access to everything we wanted to see. We loved that as soon as we entered the central courtyard we had left the busy hustle and bustle of the city behind to get some good rest. It was well equipped... dishes, washer/dryer etc.

Fantastic apartment in the heart of the city

This was a wonderful play to stay. Check in was easy and Paul was a great communicator. The apartment is right downtown so location is perfect. But since the apartment is tucked away in a building you get away from the noise and chaos of the city easily. Highly recommend!
