Great spot on a college campus. Big rooms but tiny showers. Big kitchens with everything you need to make your own meals. Comfy beds. Great parking. Really a great find.
Very clearly student accommodation, but it was clean, spacious, comfortable and we appreciated the extra touches that had been added for a bit of luxury - eg a great coffee maker plus pods; cushions and throws. The one downside is that it is quite a distance from the centre (a good 20-min walk) and not near tram lines. Buses into town stop right outside the campus though so with a leap card (available from spar, near bus stop) this might not be a problem. Really good budget accommodation if you're happy with this compromise.
The room was a great size. Had two rooms with two twin beds each and two bathrooms. Huge kitchen and sitting area. Supplied kettle for coffee. Also had a fan and hair dryer which was nice. My only complaint is that you can feel the springs on the beds.

This is to give a heads up to other visitors. This is a College Dorm! We stayed in a dorm room with two bedrooms and two "bathrooms". The bathrooms are infinitely small and the shower doesn't have a basin so the floor gets all wet. It was clean, the location was great with plenty of parking. We only stayed for one night so it worked out great.

It is a truly lovely residence, perfectly located within walking distance of the city center. We’re sincerely grateful to Paul, whose attentive care made our entire stay absolutely wonderful. His kindness and attention truly touched us.

Great clean and secure base.
The booking in team were really helpful and welcoming. Security team were polite and the place felt safe and secure. Was a great place to use as a base. Taxi’s lined up outside often so easy get about. Would definitely use again when available.

Great flat - more than we expected in terms of comfort. A little far from Dublin centre, but lots of buses, so not hard to get around.

Our stay here was pleasant. The room was clean and staff was extremely polite and helpful. It’s approximately a 30 minute walk to the Trinity College area. Taxi and bus service is readily available here. We got a kick out of being back in a dorm room. Although none of us recalled our dorm rooms being this nice.
It is surprisingly quiet and comfortable. The location couldn’t be more perfect, it gave us a reason to go on walks to get to places instead of taking public transportation or driving. It came fully stocked with supplies from coffee, tea, cleaning materials and cooking utensils to make your short or longer stays. We struggled finding the reception at first since some of the buildings looked very similar, but eventually, we were able to find our way.
Very helpfull staff. Nice and affordable place in Dublin. Short walk from all the sites. Very good pub, just around the corner.

We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment for the price of an equivalent single room hotel configuration. It's a bit of a walk from city center, but to have the additional rooms made it a worth while. The staff was very helpful and we would definitely stay here again.

Racing trip
I was there with a group of friends to go racing and it was perfect for what we required. The place was clean tidy and all facilities we needed.
Not worth the savings, beds are uncomfortable, bathrooms extremely small, no shampoo, no paper towels or kitchen towels, no tv.

Need to be more transparent about bathroom facilities. They were tiny with toilet, shower and sink in a very small area. Should include in the photos.

Everything about this property was totally acceptable—neither terrible nor terrific. The furnishings are old but well maintained. It is walkable, but it’s a long walk to the biggest tourist attractions. If the weather is bad or if you want to save yourself some steps, there are tons of busses.

The property is great if you need multiple rooms, a kitchen and easy parking. The residence is very secure and safe.
This is not a hotel, so the amenities are not great.
The location requires walking to get to shops/cafes, but everything you need is a no more than a 10 minute walk.
You need a car or taxi to get to places like Dublin Castle, Museums, etc

Dorm like living
Property would have been great when I was in my 20s, not 40’s. Walls were thin and could hear neighbours late into the night. If you are looking for creature comforts, this is not the place for you. Apartment was very clean, but provides the bear minimum.

Communication Issues
I have never had an issue communicating with a property using Hotels.Com but that was the case with Griffith Hall. The person who registered us said that it was a common issue for them. In the end, things worked out but it could be a problematic issue.
The residence is just that a college residence. Don't expect a regular hotel experience. And be prepared to use public transit to get anywhere or walk a lot. It is not in a central location.

Clean, safe no frills spot in center Dublin
Nice dorm apartments at Griffith college Dublin. The check in was tough at first, hard to find the residence office but there was a sign out the rest of the week which I’m sure would have helped. Staff was very nice and helpful. Apartment was clean, bathrooms very small but fine. Lots of kids on campus so it can be noisy but that was ok with us. The only real problem was the beds. The mattresses were very uncomfortable and the pillows and sheets were hard and itchy. Probably would not stay again because all of had backaches from the beds. Location is good- easy to walk to all the Dublin sights. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms was a great size for us. All in all, if you want a no frills but clean and safe place to stay in the heart of Dublin, this place is good- especially for families with adult kids.
