Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, communication
We were promised a stay for 6 people with 3 bedrooms with attached bathrooms . We were provided 2 rooms with double beds and one maid room. The sinks were clogging . The WiFi was not working in the rooms . The sofa was sinking it . I will attach all the pictures if needed. 1 of the couples had to leave after the first night on a sofa bed. I was quite surprised that Hotels.com allowed this property to be listed with such misleading advertising.
