Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
This place was terrible....the room we stayed in 808 the key card did not work and they refused to change the card so we had to be escorted by a hotel staff everytime we left our room....the breakfast buffet was also not good no fresh coffee just instant coffee.just overall a bad place....i am used to raddisson and hilton....not this crap

The host didn’t respond to me and I had no place to stay. I was in a new country 14 hours away from home and had to call VRBO to try and get it resolved
