Beds doesn’t match the description on website

The hotel staff is very helpful and courteous. There was problem checking in because of my booking did was not sent by hotels.com to the hotel so my family had to wait for over an hour for check-in in the lobby. The second big problem is they do not have King size bed in master bedroom, it’s queen size instead and the other bed room has 2 single bed’s instead of double beds as they advertised and I paid for. This was disappointing and uncomforting.

Rundown property. Don’t get fooled by low prices. Super noisy place, construction everywhere. Dusty place. Doesn’t even have proper road to get there. It’s very far from Dubai main places. Once we got stuck in traffic’s for 1 and half hour driving back from Dubai Mall. This place is Not for tourists.

A/C did not work, they tried to repair it for 2 days with no success Staff forgets to clean the room, or bring the things we ask for, like the ironing board The call for prayers is very loud and long at 5AM. A truck seems to make noises every night around midnight

Je vous deconseille cet hôtel surtout si vous venez en famille. Certe il y a quelques personnes du staff qui sont gentilles, mais il y en a d’autres qui peuvent gâcher toute l’ambiance de vos vacances. Même certains garçons de chambres sont insolents quand à leur manière de parler aux clients. J’étais très choqué de voir le staff désintéresser alors que nous venions chercher assistance vers eux pour des indications et orientations d’urgence relatives à un cas de maladie de l’un de mes fils. Et pour couronner les touts, l’hôtel étant vieux, cherche a renouveler ses appartements sur le dos des clients. Ils vont vous donner des pénalités sans soubassements dans la fin de votre séjour, dans le but de vous piquer quelques sous, sachant que vous ne pouvez longuement contester suite à votre voyage et au temps limite d’embarquement, comme c’était mon cas. Hotel très vieux, les toilettes dégagent des odeurs d’urines. Bref, si tu veux gâcher tes vacances, cet hôtel est l’endroit idéal.

Bon séjour. Personnel gentil et attentif. Chambre toujours propre car maintenue par le service d’étage. Bon emplacement et à deux pas de la plage. Seulement, l’une des toilettes degageaint l’odeur d’urine. En dehors de cela, tout était très bien.

Le personnel de l’hôtel vraiment génial au top , gentil à l’écoute , vous donne de bon conseille pour les sorties , pour la chambre c’est tout le contraire horrible sale ,trop vétuste ( moquette sol plein de taches : canapé taché : salle de bain trop vieux ) malgré le ménage fait tout les jours , mon prochain séjour , je change d’hotel

شقق فندقيه ذو مستوى مقبول بشكل عام ورخيصه، تستحق تصنيف ثلاث نجوم فقط. الاثاث قديم ويحتاج تجديد بالاضافه الى الحمامات. قريبه من المسجد، يوجد سوبرماركت وبقاله.

FRIENDLY AWESOME

I work in hospitality in Las Vegas as a floor manager.. the room I had a facilities issue, leak under the kitchen sink and bad odor , the air conditioning in the living room did not cool enough and the kitchenware some dishes and cutting nife were damaged, I let know about the issues and fixed, overall I have very cozy stay and the stuff super friendly ... I will be back soon

first want to be clear if there's less than one star I will give them that. The hotel is nasty, roaches everywhere, broken sofas, burn marks on the floor, smells really bad and so on..... I can not stress enogh to stay a way from this hotel you better of sleeping in your car. I have pictures of the room if I can I will post them.
