• Until 2:00 PM – 250 AED

🔑 Keys & Access
Please keep your keys and access cards safe at all times
Lost keys or access cards incur a fee of 1,000 AED

🧍‍♂️ Occupancy & Visitors
Only registered guests may stay overnight
No visitors after 10:00 PM
Please respect the maximum occupancy

🔇 Quiet Hours
Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
No loud music or parties allowed

🚭 Smoking Policy
Smoking, shisha, or vaping is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.
You may use the balcony as the designated smoking area.Please ensure the balcony door remains closed while smoking.
A 5,000 AED fine will apply for any smoking inside the apartment.

🧹 Cleanliness & Maintenance
Treat the apartment as your own
Report any damages immediately
Mid-stay cleaning is available upon request (additional fee applies)

Turn off AC, lights, and appliances when leaving
Keep doors and windows closed when AC is on
Do not leave trash outside the unit
